I don’t have enough words to describe what an incredible experience I just had! First of all, my dog didn’t even tremble ONCE while I was there. Not even during her exam! The entire staff was amazing, from the entrance back to the exam room. Everyone was so engaging and just put me and my dog at ease. I was even offered a water or coffee while I waited! And my dog was offered a treat with whipped cream! I’m honestly still in a daze at what a positive experience I just had.I brought my dog in for being sick while traveling from out of town and no one here tried to upsell me on any extra treatments or anything! They even contacted my vet from home to get her medical records to make sure we weren’t doing any tests that had already been done while she was there earlier in the week so that we weren’t spending any extra money. When I left here, the cost was incredibly reasonable for all the care that was offered. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my pet-owning friends! - Sarah Jensen
