★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My tabby boy was barely responsive when I called Norris Animal Hospital desperate for an appointment. They were booked for the day, but still let me drop my baby off and they'd update me when they could. They called me 4 times that day with the result of every test and what the next step would be. By some miracle, Dr. Hand was able to get my Goose home to me and his very worried sibling. I'm forever grateful to them for their work and the kindness they showed us.
April 10 · HaleighDr Hand is absolutely the best !! I can't think you enough for what you did for our little Shelby. Taking her in for emergency surgery on a Friday afternoon and staying with her. So thank you again your a fantastic person & a great vet. Thank you so much for everything ❤️
February 01 · Ray CliftonJust had my cat Dakota up there today for an operation on his teeth. The Vet herself called me twice and let me know everything that was going on. I appreciated that. Im extremely grateful everything went great. So Thank you Doc!
July 16 · Dawn Robbins (Shells)I have been taking my pet kids to this clinic for over 20 years. This past week I have tried multiple times to get a response for my pups weekend, Sunday, visit to the Ailor Ave. ER. His breathing was erratic and rapid. I called on Monday and this office indicated that the records and x rays from the emergncy visit were there. I was told to expect a call on Tuesday after the report was reviewed. I never heard from my pups vet and waited until wed to check. The lady that answered the phone on wednesday told me that she didn't work that station normally, but someone would call me that afternoon. When I didn't hear back I called this morning, Thursday, and was told that they had just received the records. My pups vet would call me today, Thursday. When I hadn't received a call, at a bit after 5 pm this afternoon, I called the office. No answer and no voice mail. It just rang and rang. After I gave up, about five minutes later, the vets office called. An attendant, not the vet, said they couldn't provide the necessary services and wanted to set up a referral to UT. The vet didn't extend me the courtesy of a direct conversation. A referral is fine, and would have been fine last Monday when the Norris clinic told me they had received the records. The ER diagnostics indicated: Enlarged heart, enlarged spleen, fluid in lungs. The xrays were sent to a radiologist for review and the interpretation was a bit different and written as... possible enlarged heart and possible enlarged spleen. Serious stuff, deserves serious attention by serious people. YMMV
August 28 · Terry RossThe most kind, caring doctor and staff. I've had a few emergencies and they took my cat/dog in right away. Most places tell u that you have to wait a few days until they can get you in. They apparently don't want to mess up their schedule. If it wasn't for Norris hospital, we may have lost a pet or two. We will definitely be taking our animals to Norris animal hospital from now on. Other places just seem
