★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 17/1/2025: Today was a sad day. We had to put our sweet cat to sleep after she was diagnosed with cancer about two weeks ago. The vet told us at the time there was nothing we could do. So we watched her carefully to make sure she wasn't living in pain. Today was that day, where we could no longer believe she was pain free. The procedure was somberly executed by the vet and her assistant. The procedure was described in detail so we would not be surprised with anything, which is greatly appreciated. Our priority was that our sweet pet would not suffer. The negative about the experience with the service occurred after it was all over. The young man who was managing the front desk made a juvenile mistake, which should not be repeated with future clients that have just endured a very sad situation. After we paid the bill and we were leaving, he said "thank you and have a nice day." While I am sure this is a conditioned response, the timing was inappropriate, and has lingered all day. It hurt.
July 01 · Mike LoweMy broken best furry friend is also costly. They all go above and beyond to be accommodating. Every person is compassionate and understanding. In the 13 yrs I have used this group I have never had a bad experience. Costly? Yes but healthcare is for us or them broked best furry friends. Also, be kind to the staff. I have witnessed multiple customers come in and be nasty. Would you want your family talked to like that?! I don't think so.
August 26 · Denise BrindleyOur Pit Clyde has been going here for many years, as a dog with seizures. They take amazing care of him,and worked until they found the right medication that worked best for him.He goes there and stays in the Doggie Hotel when we go out of town and he is so happy all the time when we pick him up.Everyone there loves him and is so kind.Great place to bring your fur babiesfor any of their needs.
January 03 · Holly FultzI have 2 pugs . They needed their nails cut badly . I first took them to another animal hospital here in clinton . The employee there took my male dog back and came out in less than a minute , stating they would both have to be sedated to cut their nails. The employee stated my male pug she took back ,was loosing his bowels ,urinating, and trying to bite all from fear and anxiety . So both would need to be sedated. While I know they don't like having it done, this didn't sound like my dogs behavior at all. They told me later over the phone it would be 48 each dog for office visit , 90 each dog for sedation , and 12 each for nails all total around 350 give or take . And my poor dogs would have to go through anesthesia.I told them no thanks .Called anderson County animal hospital and they got my doggies in and out in less than 30 minutes for both dogs.No sedation , no high price .The wonderful employees here are calm, friendly, and are a true inspiration at their job, the young man at the counter was also super helpful and very kind. They made a client for the life of my dogs that day. I'm so very grateful. Wish I could give 1,000 ⭐ stars!!!!!
July 22 · Gloria AsmodeusI never write reviews but this has to be done. I have been going here for 8 years and it's just god awful now! Looks like I'm not the only who feels this way after reading the reviews. I used to tell everyone to take their pets here, not anymore! The people in there are no longer friendly!!! Especially the front desk lady! They had a new lady in there and obviously didn't train her up right. I went in there to get my dogs nose checked, she mentioned paws. I was quoted $180 to add vaccines in there. I get there and tell me $403. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I share in the fault of this. Turns out I pay $200 and can't even have the medicine to take care of my dogs nose. I wish I could give 0 stars! After 8 years!!!! New vet, new owners, something. This place is a disgrace now!!!! Used to have small town feel. Now it feels like California owned or something!!
