Northeast Veterinary Hospital Reviews
Our family has been taking our pets to NE Vet since the 1970s. I can’t say enough good things about them. They have very convenient hours, it’s easy to schedule and the communication is excellent. I feel like the vets and staff really love animals and it shows. I’ve recommended them to several friends who have also been happy there. My dogs have always received excellent and compassionate care there. My daughter’s experience with her cat was also really good. Shout out to Dr. Edwards and Dr. Turner who have provided care through our pet’s most recent illness.
Jun 27, 2025 · Aileen SmithFabulous vet office! It's really busy at Northeast Veterinary Hospital... But that doesn't mean they're not paying attention to details! I was concerned about a car I rescued and they had openings within a couple days of my inquiry. Once there, Dr Christensen and the vet tech were kind, thorough, explained things clearly, and were quick while also being personable.I received a written estimate for care without having to ask. I felt prices were very reasonable. My extended family recommended this office to me and I'm glad. Highly recommend!
Jul 14, 2025 · j spain GreeneHarley has had a great experience, she loves visiting all the doctors at Northeast Vet. We have had an ongoing issue that we are trying to figure out and I appreciate the approach, one step at a time. We are able to call in to ask questions when needed. Harley especially loves all the pets, and treats.
May 03, 2025 · Claire Grew-WilliamsI always get great service at Northeast Veterinary Hospital. Our last visit was in follow-up to my old kitty being diagnosed with kidney disease. I really like that we’re working together to help her out as much as possible. Dr Turner was great as well as Kylie. The front desk folks are always attentive and professional!
Jul 13, 2025 · Jeannie SummerhaysThe clinic already knows that I’m a yapper so get comfy and apologies in advance.Apparently I’m part of the well known Banfield Refugee community - learned that the hard way. My experience with Banfield was pretty terrible due to the lack of communication which led me to believe something was wrong with my cat or she was dead. I ended up leaving them after I had a panic attack and thought she really was dead and was about to throw a fit cuz I was also convinced they were not planning to give me my cat back cuz they just wouldn’t call me back until like 4PM (I had dropped her off for the very first appointment of the day like before 9AM) when I just couldn’t be polite anymore and was about to cuss them out when finally they told me she is perfectly fine and I can pick her up… but they close at 6PM sooooo had I not called, were they just going to keep her without telling me??? I know front desk can’t speak on anything medically most of the time but could you at least tell me she’s alive… so that ended up with me paying for a whole year’s worth of the wellness plan I had just signed up with them just 2 days prior plus an extra $100 for cancelling plus for the services already performed so far so in total about $700 which idc how much u make - that is quite a price to pay for what I just described lol. I have no problem with the staff themselves - they’re so amazing - but whatever system Banfield has them use is terrible and setting them up for failure :( I have since switched to here and it has been a complete 180 - my cat and I love it here! Communication is exactly how I need it (which is excessive… so perfect for me lol) and the people are amazing and so accommodating with my terrible memory and processing. I was unfortunately mean to them today cuz I ended up having to go to the emergency vet and was just being an annoying/rude princess. I did clarify I wasn’t mad at them and I was just freaking tf out and I sent a whole long response of the current update on my cat and I apologized for my previous emails and yeah like I had an emergency with my baby but that’s not a good enough excuse when they’re literally just trying their best to help me. Their response was written so perfectly with no mean intent at all - just saying they understand and were sorry about the whole situation and to keep them updated to continue to provide the best care she deserves and wished her well. Thank you guys again
