August 15 · scott tannerMy daughter recommended this place years ago to me because they are wonderful! My girls are both seen by the vets there and the last one was a scare for my roxy and I was very scared but they are awesome from the minute you walk in the door and checking in to behind closed doors they were beyond amazing they all go above there job and extend there selves above and beyond.i would like to say thank you for all you have done in past ,present and future I will be there. I pass by several vets offices to get to you and I will continue to do so.thank you for being who you are and I would recommend you all to everyone who that wants excellent care for there fur babies. You are all AMAZING !!!
March 27 · Earleen LeeWe've been bringing all of our pets (dogs, cats, reptiles, etc.) to Northwest for years and absolutely love the staff. Thank you for taking such great care of all animals!
July 15 · Logan HarmonDr, Norden is the worst vet I have ever been in contact with. I brought my best friend in to get looked at for her heavy breathing and she was diagnosed with an enlarged heart which I knew was an issue, but the follow up was a slap in the face and she then said my best friend had a lump and ”probably” had cancer and left that as a diagnosis, it could have been a infection or something but just left at that!, which wasn’t confirmed but left as confirmed on her chart and sent home with a vitamin liquid to help, She failed to notice an infection that was starting in her eyes that prompted her to become blind. My best friend was 14 years old and I understand she was getting to that age, but leaving her in a vets hands for help is what we all want to be confident in.The incompetence of her thoroughness led to my best friend declining at a rapid rate and having to be put down. “ not knowing she would be the one putting her down!” While performing the procedure to put her down she failed to bring the correct amount of medicine and had to ask her assistant to bring an extra ounce of medicine while we are sitting there mourning our best friend. I would think a competent vet would know the correct amount and not make a family suffer longer watching their best friend struggle so much. I would like to thank Dr. Fogle and Dr. French for their support and experience and all the other staff are amazing in my best friends life prior to this incompetency.I hope this review gives others a chance to stay away from this Veterinarian.
