May 29 · Debra PurselI needed my longed hair tabby cat shaved down, his mats and long hair were outta control. He needed to be relaxed for this. They did a great job. When I got Jaxson home, he was extremely happy .Definitely will be back next season
April 16 · Shannon HallMy pups both had surgeries yesterday and I am so happy with how they were taken care of. They are recovering quite well!Dr Jessica, Kait, Amberly and everyone else that had a hand in caring for Caesar and Ziva, were amazing. From the moment we walk in the door, until the time we leave, they’re wonderful! My pups are much more than “dogs” to me, and I definitely appreciate the care they have always given to them.
January 30 · Tanya PaxtonJazzy 3 days post surgery and Jazzy seems better each day.It was so good to see Dr.Tasha. She was our doctor throughout our last dog's (Chaka) entire life. We had Chaka for 12 years until she passed. After Chaka we were dog-less for 11 months and then we adopted Jazzy. We are so glad to be in the Pondview Clinic family and we're super glad that Dr Tasha is caring for another one of our fur babies. We would highly recommend Pondview Veterinary Clinic and we’d give it a 5 star review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
March 07 · Kathlyn WaltonThe last visit my dogs had there was very negative and I can't take them back there. I've never had an issue with the vets there, but at the last visit there was a vet tech that was very unprofessional. She drew blood from my dog and when my dog pulled her leg away because she didn't like it, she pointed in my dogs face and told her she was a bad dog. Then when she went to give my dog a nail trim my dog fought her. My dog has never had any issues with nail trips prior to this. I even allowed them to take her to another room hoping she would act better if I wasn't present, but they told me that it took three tech to hold her down and she acted like she wanted to bite them. Again- my dog has never acted like this for a nail trim. The tech then told me that they got all her nails except for three and the actual fact was they only go three nails and then charged me extra for the hassle. The reason my dog was acting like that was because of the vet tech pointing in her face and calling her a bad dog after hurting her by poking her with a needle. It's pretty typical behavior I would say from a dog and people who work with dogs should know that. Now my dog is terrified of getting her nails trimmed and I have still not been able to do it. But I will keep trying and come up with ways to make it a positive experience again. Unfortunately this experience has made me decide to seek another vet.
