★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Axul last went to the vet when he was about 6 months old and he was so much smaller, his breed is Siberian Husky/ German Shepherd so he tripled in size now 6 months later at 1 yr old, I didn’t know how he would react with vaccines, blood draw and all the stuff, so I brought his trainer with me to the visit, everyone was so helpful, let his trainer do his job and made sure everyone felt included in the appt not only Axul and mom. Allowing his trainer to go to the back in the exam room and make sure Axul behaved appropriately was so comforting for me as mom bc I’m sure he would’ve acted up if his trainer was not present. Other locations I’ve taken my other babies would not allow anyone to go with the puppy therefore it’s a lot more stressful to them and I’ve experienced bad associations with visiting the vet. So THANK YOU to Dr. Sebby and all the staff who made this a breeze and such a positive experience for Axul so he won’t be scared to go for future visits.I love the care and experience given to Axul at his annual exam appt. Your office is the best!! You guys Rock!! ❤️❤️
July 04 · Maggie ZapataI've taken my dog to Williams-Sebby ever since I moved to San Marcos. They're affordable, compassionate, helpful, and transparent. From annual check ups to flea and tick medication, this clinic had kept my baby girl, Charlie, happy and healthy. They were even there in my dogs final moments. We rushed her there first thing in the morning after an visiting an emergency 24 hour vet the night prior. With no immediate concern my wife and I figured the vets at William-Sebby could fix her up. Unfortunately she had an acute health complication and despite the technicians and vets best effort she didn't pull through. In those final moments the staff was so kind and compassionate giving my wife and I plenty of time to grieve and cry the loss our dog. I can't thank the staff enough for their years of service and their kindness in those final moments. If I ever move on and get another dog I'll be bringing them here for all their health needs
July 31 · John Aguilar5 Stars – Exceptional Care for Our Basset Hounds and petsWe have been bringing our dogs to William Sebby Veterinarian Clinic for over two years, and they have always provided top-notch care for our basset hounds. Most recently, our beloved Sir Winston was neutered this past Thursday, and his recovery has been going exceptionally well, thanks to their skilled team. The veterinarians and staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly care about the well-being of every pet they see. Whether it’s routine checkups, vaccinations, or surgeries, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure our dogs are comfortable and healthy. We are so grateful to have a veterinary clinic we can trust with our pets, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.
February 02 · Sarah DeeWe have been using Williams-Sebby for more than 15 years, through the life of one rescue dog, Barkley, and now, another rescue, Freda.Their compassion and care with the end-of-life experience I had with Barkley was sensitive and thoughtful, and while they were able to improve his quality of life as he reached his twilight years, at the end, they helped me recognize that when the "fun factor" was gone for my beloved pet, I should be generous enough to let him go.I appreciate the attention to detail the staff gives to my current dog, Freda. Dr. Kendall Shaefer is generous with her time, paying attention to detail and discussing previous and future visits with me. I recommend Williams-Sebby Veterinary Clinic to anyone seeking a thorough vet who truly cares about your dog.____________________Older review - 2022. I cannot say enough good things about Williams-Sebby Vet Clinic and their care and love for Barkley. They have been through a lot with Barkley and me. My husband Mark got Barkley from PAWS Kyle, and he came to us with an introductory vet visit with Williams Sebby Clinic. We took him there and from then on, we have been loyal clients. When Mark died suddenly, I took over Barkley's medical care. Dr. Sebby and his wife and the entire staff have kept Barkley healthy for more than 8 years. Barkley is 12, and has Cushing's Disease, but it is managed well by the staff with meds and WU special food that has made a huge difference in his quality of life.He acts like a much younger dog now that his levels are under control. Dr Sebby is conservative in his treatment plans and is quick to tell me if something needs attention or if it is simply a natural, albeit harmless sign of old age (skin tags). In all honesty, I do not understand some of the recent negative reviews I have read regarding difficulties with staff. Barkley and I have been in a lot of times for blood work, regular visits, and emergency visits and each time have been treated with calm professionalism and courtesy. I am not personal friends with anyone in the clinic but they are definitely my kind of people. If I were to think hard and come up with a complaint, it is that the little boutique is not open now. It was always fun to impulse buy unique items while waiting for our appointment!I highly recommend Williams-Sebby for any animal needs. They treat Barkley and me like family. And I am forever grateful for their care and their passion for Barkley and the work they do.
May 05 · Diana HendricksBeen coming since 2020. My dog has had several ear yeast infections which drops were prescribed. They work well and I asked for a refill since o ran out and we were out of town. The Dr insisted to see her before prescribing again. It’s a money grab! I called at 8:00am and no one called back. I had to call again after 2:00pm. Spoke with the Dr and he explained it was their “policy” to not prescribe without seeing. Well Dr, since it’s YOUR company, you have the ability to use common sense. Under the circumstances, one would consider it’s your patient for several years, you’ve prescribed the same treatment and YOUR patient was out of town. I can understand if it was a different issue, but it’s a common issue for YOUR patient. You decided to hide behind policy instead of doing the right thing…simple common sense should have prevailed. So, enjoy your policies. Will find a different vet that can adjust beyond the routine when their patient needs assistance.
