Waterville Animal Group Reviews
I can't recommend the Waterville Animal Group enough. The care and attentiveness of the staff is second to none and feels so much more personal than any other vet I've taken my cats. It starts when you walk in to the comfortable lobby and waiting area and see your animal's name written on a board of pets that they are welcoming that day. The exam rooms are of course very functional, but are also much more calming than the usually sterile decor this felt like a crossover between a home visit and a vet visit in the best way I can explain. Dr. VonAlmen takes her time and thoroughly explains anything that's going on being very detailed while also making sure you understand the information.
Jul 03, 2025 · Eryk GryczaCody was extremely helpful in ensuring my pet will have all her necessary vaccines to be boarded in a few weeks. I wasn’t sure what she needed, so he even looked up the kennel’s website to be sure all of our bases were covered. He made it very easy.
Jul 02, 2025 · Coti KlimaThe team at WAG is fantastic! It was easy to book an appointment and once we got to the clinic, the exam and procedures went quickly. May 22, 2025 · Anna RoodI highly recommend Dr. VonAlmen at Waterville Animal Group. She recently examined my newly adopted dog, and she was very thorough, professional, and kind; and she took the time to answer my many questions. I love that the staff are "fear free", and they were so gentle and caring with my girl! She needed some procedures done, and the follow-up was fantastic with texts and emails to check up on her. I am so pleased with the care my pet received there!
Apr 11, 2025 · DeEtte HundsruckerAMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I adopted Haven in March. At just over a year old she spent the 1st year of her life chained to a tree in a back yard, starved and abused. She naturally is afraid of everything and doesn’t trust people. I was very nervous going into WAG after already having a bad vet experience but my nerves were quickly calmed. The entire staff knew exactly how to deal with Haven and she LOVED ALL OF THEM!!!! Would highly recommend WAG to any animal parent.
