★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have been to several different veterinary clinics for almost 10 years, and this has been our favorite for sure! My sweet and departed Bonnie seemed to love the attention and atmosphere at Olde Towne, and was notably less nervous at this particular clinic compared to all others. The clinic feels comforting and clean, and the staff is very welcoming. I loved how excited everyone was upon us entering and seeing Bonnie’s pumpkin costume (I believe she loved every moment of it too!). Our vet tech, Leticia, was very sweet and loving towards Bonnie and I hold that dear in my heart. Our vet, Dr. Colleen Carnes, had me feeling like a proud dog parent over how Bonnie’s coat, teeth, and overall exam looked. Had the sudden loss of my Bon not have occurred, we would have permanently stayed with Olde Towne. I received a beautiful and heart-warming sympathy card signed by all the staff, even those who never had the pleasure to have met Bonnie. Olde Towne is a wonderful veterinary clinic and I am deeply grateful for you all and for the care you provided for Bonnie and I. 🤍
February 23 · KI have been taking my companions to Olde Towne for many many years. They are without a doubt the most compassionate and caring people I have ever had take care of my animals -- everyone in the office, the techs, as well as the vets themselves. They operate at a perfect scale, too. Small enough to be very personal, large enough to handle most issues themselves.
July 20 · sam BeveridgeWe love Olde Towne! The staff is incredibly attentive, caring, warm, and friendly, taking time to help us figure out what was going on with our dog. We received great follow-up emails checking on our dog’s progress from Dr. Erin Walters. The care here is exceptional, and the staff is knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. Erin and Jenny really took huge efforts to make sure that our dog felt comfortable and well-cared for, and we feel so fortunate to have Olde Towne in our community!
May 06 · Lisa MichaelReally thorough, thoughtful and attentive team. They’ve seen one of my two dogs so far and the individual attention this office provided him with was a standout experience so I will definitely be back.My 14 lb chihuahua was having some dental issues, and I did not want to bring him back to the last vet office I’d been going to for years because I felt they were giving me bad advice. I ended up finding Olde Towne from online reviews and they were able to get me set up with an appointment very quickly. The staff is really friendly and seem like genuine animal lovers, they were all attentive and caring, being gentle and encouraging with my pup while he was nervous around them at his first visit there. It didn’t feel like an act at all and they seemed to genuinely care.He ended up needing a teeth cleaning and extractions. He also has a stomach sensitivity that my previous vet had never really tried to address and I in turn hadn’t focused on since it hadn’t seemed like a big deal or worth actually diving into from how nonchalant the prior vet had approached it.Erin Walters at Olde Towne really focused in on his digestive issues and was able to get his dental work done just a few weeks later. Being thorough in explaining what options I had and with the estimate they provided for the tests/procedures. She sent me multiple lengthy emails, which I really appreciated and was caught off guard by, following up and checking in as well as reviewing his test results. The vets I’ve experienced up until this point never seemed to have enough time during a paid check up, let alone to spend time afterwards composing a thorough email. On the day of his procedure I had started growing more anxious about my very small dog going under anesthesia. I am kicking myself for it, I can’t recall the vet tech’s name, but both her and Erin were supportive, they went out of their way to assure me and keep me updated.Erin called me multiple times during the procedure to update me on how he was doing, let me know he was okay, and to check in that I was okay with what they felt should be done to his teeth. I’d just been sitting by my phone in a bit of a panic all afternoon and it was really touching that she had been so thoughtful and spent the time she did contacting me over several phone calls.Erin never presents as rushed, and both her and the vet tech spent time answering my questions that day and I never felt like I was viewed as being overly worried, they were simply supportive. Erin also checked in with me following the procedure. I’d missed her call the very next day and she called my two days later still to check in on his progress. When I went in to pick him up after the procedure Erin brought him out and had blatantly given him a lot of love and attention, I’m not used to this level of individual care and the way the entire staff seems to really care about pets that are not their own. I look forward to bringing my other dog in to Olde Towne! Thank you!
December 21 · Nevada JenkinsI can't say enough good things about these guys. I moved to Longmont within the last year and was really nervous to find a new vet - and I'm so glad I came here, I've never felt more comfortable anywhere else. Everyone is incredibly kind and understanding. They take the time to address all of your concerns - whether it's coming in weekly with random issues, or helping you over the phone when a scary emergency comes up while traveling in another state. When my cat and I came hurtling in from an emergency flight home, they worked with me to get her the best treatment and kept her from having to be re-hospitalized, and helped me integrate her back into her normal life. It's been a bit of a traumatizing few months but every tech/nurse/doctor here has always been there to lean on.Although my cat just turned 18, she'd almost never had any health issues in her life. It's been a heartbreaking adjustment to face a variety of challenges, including cancer, but they've made us feel so supported in this process. While I didn't expect to have to make so many vet visits, I'm so grateful that going here feels like home. I so deeply appreciate they've never judged my cat for her age - if anything, only complimented her and enjoyed her company despite her sassy and unhelpful attitude. They also don't judge my dumb dog (or me) for all the things she's done/eaten that have required help. I really appreciate that too.On the more logistical side, their schedule has always felt really flexible and their prices are incredibly fair. It's a really loving place where you can easily see how much they care. This was all a long-winded of saying I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
