What is truly worth choosing about Omega Veterinary Group is the incredible combination of high-level medical expertise and a profoundly human approach to care. As a customer's testimonial about their cat, Todd, shows, the team's competence and willingness to perform emergency surgery after hours saved a life. This account is particularly moving, as it highlights how the staff understood the emotional significance of the pet, not just the medical case. The customer also noted how they were "with us every step of the way," providing constant communication and support for follow-up care. A second review further solidifies this reputation, with a customer praising the "incredible care" their dog, Bo, received after ingesting a towel. The reviewers highlighted that "the medical care was absolutely top-notch," but what truly stood out was "how deeply everyone cared about Bo's wellbeing." The most telling detail is that Bo "didn’t want to leave the hospital," which speaks volumes about the kind of safe, loving, and healing environment the team has created. The fact that the clinic also made an effort to include and empower an autistic son in his senior cat's care decisions further demonstrates their commitment to not just the animal but the entire family. Omega Veterinary Group is a clear choice for pet owners in California seeking a veterinary hospital that offers advanced, life-saving medical services with a compassionate, personal touch that treats every pet like family.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When my cat was in need of emergency care, I tasked my 20-year-old daughter with a single mission: Scour reviews and websites to locate the best clinic to save our furry family member. By the time I made it home to get the cat she had found Omega Vet.Her intuition was spot on. These people were competent, and they made certain they had the full picture and could offer every possible treatment path before speaking to us about the results. The cat is young, a little over 1, so I was willing to pay the price necessary for surgeons and anesthesiologists to drop everything after their 9-5 so they could perform emergency surgery on my cat.Not only did the little guy survive, but they were with us every step of the way. We could text or call any time with questions about follow up care (and BOY did we). Now that Todd is 5 weeks out from his bowel obstruction from a foreign object - I couldn't speak higher of this group. This cat saved my heart when it was broken... that is why I named him after the main character in The Fox and the Hound. The little old lady missed her husband who had passed, and she found a companion in the frisky orange fox named Todd; Short for Toddler because he was full of energy. That is my derpy orange, who has many more happy years ahead thanks to Omega Veterinary Group.PS - They also saved our senior cat when he was doing very poorly for IBD reasons. They helped us figure out the best treatment and now he has stopped losing weight and vomiting all the time. They were also incredibly nice to my autistic son who owns the senior cat. He appreciates them because of it. Most people shut him out in conversations, but they let him in so he felt comfortable making all of the decisions his cat needed.
June 20 · Jute F.I can’t thank Omega Vet Group enough for the incredible care they gave my dog (my other son), Bo. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Black, Dr. Ryce, and the entire staff treated Bo like family. Bo had to undergo two surgeries after eating a kitchen towel (yes, a towel!), and the team wouldn’t rest until he was on the road to recovery. The medical care was absolutely top-notch, but what really stood out was how deeply everyone cared about Bo’s wellbeing. Dr. Black and Dr. Ryce were relentless in making sure he got better, and their compassion and expertise gave us so much comfort during a stressful time.Bo actually loved his time at Omega so much, he didn’t want to leave the hospital! That says everything about the kind of environment they’ve created there—safe, loving, and healing.Thank you again to the entire team for everything you did for Bo. We are forever grateful!
April 23 · Lavenia churchDr. Audrey Hudson performed my dog, Nola’s, cataract surgery and I cannot say enough good things about her! She is truly amazing and cares about her patients, I highly recommend her! The surgery brought so much life back into Nola.
August 10 · Caitlin JeromeThey saved our cat Clara 😭 She would have died from respiratory issues had we not come here.Dr. Black is incredible and attentive, she can get really busy sometimes. As far as price: This is a pet 24 hour ICU. It is expensive, just how human healthcare is. Omega was upfront about the cost and their estimate was spot on. They will not upcharge you or drop hidden costs. If you're concerned about the cost, talk to the front desk! They can give a breakdown. Ask!
August 04 · Omar S. Navarro LeijaI can’t sing high enough praises for Omega Pet ICU. The staff, the space, the doctors, the vet techs—they’re all wonderful. There is so much thoughtfulness and genuine care apparent in everyone and everything in this place. These people love animals and it shows. What also shows is their compassion for the people who love the pets they bring in for treatment to Omega. While I’m guaranteed to be at least a little nervous (if not terrified) when I have to bring in one of my three fur babies for a vet emergency, I breathe a sigh of relief when I get here, confident in the knowledge that my cats and dog are in excellent hands. My animals are seen immediately. I’m always informed about the process and the price of my pets’ care. And the costs here are shockingly low compared to nearby pet hospitals. Truly, I’ve no complaints—only compliments and appreciation for Omega!
