Parkland Plaza Veterinary Clinic Reviews
Dr. Butler saved my kitty from excruciating pain and maybe his life on a Saturday when his regular vet refused to take him until the following Monday. From that day forward, Momo only saw Dr. Butler for all his care. 14 years later, Dr Butler was there on his last day, saving him from pain once again. I'm so grateful for all the years of attention and care Dr. Butler provided. He was always so easy to talk to, offering up his expertise but always listening to us. He really seemed to care about Momo beyond just his job. I can't thank him enough, my only regret is we won't see him now that we don't have a pet.
July 18 · Heather FrawleySeveral years ago, I took my best friend here, to get his fur mats shaved. Blood work was done prior to the shave.I took him in at 8 AM. He did not come out of the anesthesia until 2 AM.The receptionist had to do it herself, because the doctors mother had died. The following day I had a cat with sores all over his body. When I called in to report the problem, the receptionist did not see a problem. She made a appointment for me a few days later.Of course blood had to be drawn again. It was NOW found, his liver was terrible. This was not noticed in the blood work from the previous day.I am rating this now, only because I have now heard, no animal should EVER be under for over 12 hours.IT WILL EFFECT THE LIVER!After all was said and done, my best friend died within the next 60 days. Not only did I lose my best friend, (my husband had just died as well) I also lost $4,000.00 on vet bills incurred after his shaving.I needed that money, but I needed my BEST friend more. I lost both of them!It still hurts today. I let my ONLY friend down. He trusted me.
July 10 · Karen HarrassI take my cats here and the service is kind and welcoming. I had told them about one of my cats that passed and they sent me a very nice card to show their sympathy, very kind people!
September 22 · cassidy kroupaDr Butler is a great vet! He is knowledgeable and able to resolve things quickly. He knew how to take care of an issue with my 12 year old cat that other doctors were not able to identify. I am so thankful for him. He cares too!
May 26 · Jamie OlsonThis is the worst place ever. I would be extremely weary about taking your pup here. They do not tell you what your pet needs. I spent over $500 on my visit with them to find out 6 months later his shots are not even up to date. I should have known when Isae the 500lb vet and 300lb admin, if they do not take care of themselves how can I expect them to take care of my pup.
