PetVet Vaccination Clinic Reviews
It was decent overall, but confusing as I received an email letting me know that I would receive a text when it was time for my dog’s appointment. But after waiting for 30 minutes in my car with my dog, we went inside to see if we could find someone to clarify with. That’s when I saw that there was a long line of people with their dogs. One of the dogs, especially was barking a lot, and it was stressful for my dog and I. I asked several of these people if they had gotten a text for their appointment, but none of them knew what I was talking about and said that they were just waiting for the vet truck to arrive still even though it was already 4:30… I called customer service and I was on hold for at least 20 minutes but no one ever picked up my call, so I ended up just having to wait in line with everyone for over an hour just to get one vaccine. I guess if you have a bunch of time on your hands and want to stand in a long line with a bunch of barking dogs, then go here. It was pretty disorganized and they did the shot just in the aisle of tractor supply lol.
