Pickles Light Street Animal Hospital Reviews
If zero stars existed I would rate them zero. Do not bring your cat here. There is zero empathy for older or ill cats. On Friday the vet is not even in the office. I was told to give my cat a soft treat. I ended up taking her to an emergency vet and she had metastatic cancer. Light street in the meantime took >$500, never checked a calcium, never made diagnosis. And today, I took my poor cat to an emergency vet where she was diagnosed with cancer and passed peacefully. Light street was called but never followed up with me. If you want people that care, take them to VEG or anywhere else
Apr 05, 2025 · Liz PowellHave been taking my cats to Dr T for over 20 years. The office staff is great and I am so thankful to have connected with Dr T from the beginning. Having a vet you trust that cares is priceless.
Mar 21, 2025 · Leslie KopReally a zero star rating. Don’t bring your animals here.Have zero empathy for cats. My friend had an appointment here today and there was actually no vet to see the cat, who had been under his care and not doing well despite HAVING AN APPOINTMENT. Staff was dismissive of problems and obstructive to care. Went to emergency vet and on the same day the poor cat was diagnosed with metastatic cancer (had went to this vet a few weeks before- metastatic cancer doesn’t appear within weeks!!). Do not go here expecting either competency or care. Shame on you.
