August 28 · Courtney PhillipsMy animals have been treated by both doctors Krystal Bunch and Amber Nealy. Dr. Bunch saved the life of my rabbit Harley (farm animal) that I, one day, found paralyzed (hind legs) and laying on his side almost lifeless. She gave him a shot and told me to bring him back if not better. After that steroid(?) injection and with proper home care, he regained his strength and "hopped" back to his NORMAL self-- his hind legs were functional again! Thank you so much, Dr. Bunch! Dr. Nearly, on the other hand, has been dealing with my dogs. She has always been great-- recently, she even trimmed Nugget's nails free of charge! Thank you very much, Dr. Nealy! So far, everyone in the clinic we have interacted with (except for 1) is wonderful! I would have given 5 stars if not for that one tech who was grumpy (quite rude, really) and was quite rough with the way she handled Nugget as she was putting the very tight muzzle on him when she clearly knew that the problem was his swollen (painful) mouth. Of course, he would growl and try to nip! When Tracy came back with Dr. Nearly after giving Nugget the shot(s), her demeanor suddenly changed-- she was all smiley and (trying to be) extra nice. Maybe she saw how pleasant Dr. Nealy was and perhaps she was trying to match her positive energy(?). She may be having a very bad day that early, but she should know better not to have whatever it is affect her job (especially when interacting with patients/pets/animals and their owners). Otherwise, everything is terrific! Price has always been reasonable and overall treatment, both personally and medically, has always been fantastic! Thank you, everyone! I truly appreciate y'all!
August 12 · L ValdésWe are grateful our pup has a place to go for all her needs. Thank you for helping us!I’d also like to recommend you as well to anyone looking for a vet in the area.
May 06 · Josie YoungbloodFriday, Aug 1 I took my 11 year old dog in to be evaluated. I knew she was very sick and probably wouldn’t escape the very sad outcome. My instincts were accurate. My dog Flaca has been a patient here as well as many other of my animals that I’ve loved and lost. We have used Roger’s Animal Hospital for our pets and large animals back as far as the late 80’s when Ricky Rogers was the main vet and owner. My fur baby had to be euthanized and we had a wonderfully kind relief vet. My issue was the inappropriate pushing to pay my $800+ bill stealing precious moments from my goodbyes. My son and his girlfriend were with me and they also were astonished this was taking place at this time. Considering the fact that we have been customers here over 40 years should be proof enough to assure them that payment would be made after this tragic event. I also was trying to make attempts to use a new payment method called scratch pay that is offered on their pet desk app. The comment was made several times they had never heard of this or how to use it. I used my debit card as requested my their staff with trusting scratch pay would either reimburse me or the vet. Instead this full amount came out of my personal bank account. If I could have afforded this from the beginning I wouldn’t have applied for scratch pay. The main complaint is more compassion could have been utilized at the highly emotional time and the loss of time with my pet. I would appreciate a phone call from the owner. Not just an “I’m sorry for your experience.”
August 05 · RhondaWe visited from Waxahachie with our Boxer, Lux, for a yearly checkup, and the staff, including the reception cat, were wonderful. Thanks, y’all! She adores your team. Everyone was great.Sarah and Dr Bunch were both amazing, warm, thorough, and very knowledgeable. We were able to efficiently get everything done, questions answered, and were very impressed by the level of compassion and care she received. Happy to call this our new veterinary home!
