★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I am new to Chicago, we just moved about a year ago and I had yet to find a primary vet for my cat when an incident occurred where he had an injury. I’ve had him since he was a kitten and I naturally got so scared and found this place to go to. I’m so happy that I came here, I’m a college student with a part time job and they communicated every cost, every step of the way. They were great with him and they even gave him treats while he was back there to calm him down. They were able to treat him and gave us a list of cost efficient places to go to and some cat toys on top of everything else. It’s an urgent care, so prices are a little more than a normal vet naturally, but I definitely recommend if there’s an issue going on with your animal.

June 07 · Lauren LorensenDr. Simpson was amazing in her explanation of treatment plan for my dog. The staff was great in making my dog comfortable in a strange place. I love the idea of an Immediate care for animals and it worked very well for me. I would recommend Scout for those immediate care needs for their cats or dogs.
June 29 · Theresa GaudioI called in last minute because my kitten wasn’t doing well, and they kindly squeezed me in. Dr. Gail Simpson and her team were incredible—compassionate, fast, and thorough. They ran immediate tests, explained everything clearly, and helped me find the right place for hospitalization. They even lent me a phone charger when mine died. Thanks to their quick action, Casimiro was able to get the help he needed and is recovering well. Can't thank them enough!!
