★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- They are all so kind, and most practical. My adult cat is very large and not friendly to strangers, and they know how many techs it takes to work with him safely and they are so sweet honestly explaining if they don't have enough available. The facility is clean and doesn't reek of chemicals like a certain other place. My pets don't panic when they arrive, and I think the smell has a lot to do with that.My wife thinks they're more expensive than the other one in town, but I think it's worth it if they are.I won't take my pets anywhere else. - I truly wish I didn’t have to write a review like this, but I’m deeply saddened by the treatment my family—especially my 90-year-old grandmother—received at this office, particularly from the front desk.To begin with, the front desk is often the first point of contact and sets the tone for the entire experience. Unfortunately, our experience was shaped by an extremely unkind and insensitive individual who lacked any compassion or professionalism. My grandmother had a kitten who developed severe lacerations due to what we were originally told was a flea allergy. After spending over a hundreds of dollars on treatment—and making multiple visits—we eventually learned that this was a misdiagnosis. While we understand that misdiagnoses can happen, it was incredibly frustrating and disheartening to invest so much time and money only to be told later that the kitten had a rare disease. We were informed that this condition would require monthly visits and ongoing care, and even then, the kitten was not expected to have a long life span.At 90 years old, my grandmother does not have the financial means, transportation, or physical capacity to manage this kind of ongoing care. As devastated as she was, she made the incredibly difficult decision to sign the kitten over to the office after being assured that it would be placed in a home where it could receive the care it needed. Her only request was to check in to make sure the kitten was okay. She didn't ask for a refund or complain about the misdiagnosis—she just wanted peace of mind knowing the kitten she loved was safe.A week later, she called to check in and was met with the most heartless response I’ve ever heard. The woman who answered the phone at the front desk spoke to my grandmother with such rudeness and cruelty. She told her it was “none of her business” anymore and went on to scold her as if she had abandoned the kitten without care. Her tone was cold and accusatory, with no regard for the emotional weight of the situation. My grandmother was reduced to tears—something I have rarely seen, even after she has endured immense losses in her life. This woman made her feel like she had done something terrible, when all she had done was care deeply for a kitten she could no longer help. While we accept the outcome of the diagnosis and understand that sometimes there are no good solutions, what is not acceptable is the way this woman treated my grandmother during an already emotional and painful situation. Compassion costs nothing—and yet it was completely absent in this interaction.I am not sure whether the office will care about this review, but I sincerely hope someone takes the time to address this behavior. A simple conversation about empathy and professionalism could go a long way in preventing this kind of harm in the future.I have never written a negative review before, but I would not recommend this office to anyone based on how we were treated—especially after the many visits, hundreds of dollars spent, and the emotional toll this situation has taken. At the very least, I hope our experience serves as a reminder of how important kindness is, especially in a field where people are often facing difficult and emotional decisions. - I have had nothing but good service at the best local prices from this Veterinary Hospital. One of my dogs loves them dearly and can't wait to go see them, The other hasn't forgiven them for neutering him, but the operation and care for him was top notch.I trust the Seminole Veterinary hospital with the care and annual maintenance of my dogs, and with their help my dogs are now in perfect health.
