Seven Hills Pet Wellness Center & Preventive Care Reviews
Updated: They are still very good with my two large dogs and every interaction has been pleasant. When I text them for an appointment or questions, they answer almost immediately. I'm thrilled to say, they are still economical. They also gave me a free sample of flea, tick, parasite and worm pill, for both dogs.Earlier: My dog became very ill very quickly and I was able to get her in the next day. My dog was already feeling better when I brought her in but I went ahead and brought her in because her annual parasite testing was due. She had lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks! This was an eye opener. They sent her home with some canned food that she loved that they let her try in house to make sure that she would eat it. The staff is caring, the prices are great compared to other Veterinarians in the area. I highly recommend this Clinic.Update: This place is very economical and were very good with my cats even though one of them had scratched the heck out of me.
May 02, 2025 · Christy Jo BradshawBest vet experience I’ve ever had!! Everyone was accommodating and down to earth. I felt very welcome and my dog was well taken care of. Very knowledgeable crew that was amazing! Every step was well explained and the prices were explained very thoroughly. I’ll be happy to come back.
Dec 01, 2024 · Mariah AguirreBack in 2022 we had to put our 17 year old dog down and they were SO nice and compassionate to us. I got my new puppy on Sunday and wanted to go back because of how nice they were a few years ago. They were still SO NICE! So friendly and helpful. I will continue to see them and recommend them as well!
Mar 29, 2024 · Jessica HalesSo, I’ve been coming here since last year and I will be really honest about my review. I believe it was August last year when I brought my cat who at that time may have had UTI (luckily no) and the receptionist was a rude stubby old white woman who said she couldn’t find our information online and didn’t even bother trying harder like looking up my phone number until a colleague of hers intervened because the moment is about to escalate and said they finally found me and that they spelled my last name INCORRECTLY on file. That receptionist didn’t even bother apologizing. Fast forward to this year, 2 weeks ago, I texted them to schedule an appointment for my cat to get a rabies shot and the person corresponding with me seems to not know how to do their job. My cat is due for rabies on 7/31/25 and the person said she isn’t due for rabies until 2027, but “she is due for exam: heartworm and fecal.” I wasn’t convinced and looked for my cat’s rabies certificate and I took pictures of them and sent it back because they really do say she is due on 7/31/25. That person then said they will get in touch with the doc and just to tell me “the doc is out for day” and minutes later I get a text saying they can give her a rabies shot on 6/25. They apologized “for the confusion “ and I am concerned that they may have been providing incorrect information to other pet owners because the vet tech told me at the clinic when I went that they only do heartworm test for dogs. Not for cats. Anyways, I also have to mention my experience today; our appointment was at 10 am and I arrived at 9:52 am. The receptionist didn’t check us in until 10:17 am. When we arrived , she was assisting a younger woman and then, an elderly white woman came out with her cat ready to check out. I was behind the younger woman and I thought I would be next but no, the old white receptionist instead checked out the old lady although I was next in line and guess what??? They even had a chit chat like I didn’t exist! I guess because that person has been going there for a long time that she may have some kinda special treatment, but I just find it so disrespectful to make me wait like that. She could’ve checked me in first and then checked out that old lady so they can keep doing their chitchats. It’s ridiculous and inconsiderate. However, the only good thing about that place is Dr. Tall and her amazing vet techs.
