- Terry has no professional working skills for the patient at all she been very rude every time I was going there and she talked behind my back would not let me talk to head of her refuse anything to treat my dog and complain every time we call or whatever and she lied about a no show when we were on our way saying we have to pay immediately and then lies to my family in case what they're saying I sent the unprofessional email sayings different stuff which that's a lie she's very ignorant to my dog every time we go in she don't want to service her and when I was at the laundromat in the same parking lot she said there was patients coming in and out which that was a lie even I have witnesses there there was nobody in the office at all I even went over there nobody was there and they said we had to pay $80 up front in order to be seen for no show and ongoing and that is unacceptable I do not recommend nobody to go there at all and to refuse my puppy I don't have no respect for Terry or Dr Rooney no more at all not to serve her skin issues when she's all broken out she's getting sick and they don't care they refuse my dog since day one as she was a puppy only person that I respect is the nurse assistant Julia she is very sweet in my snickerdoodles having breathing issues when she lays on her back and just different stuff and they decline her as a an adult puppy for one they've been dealing with her since she's a newborn this is ridiculous it's uncalled for and then sit down lie to my aunt say I sent the email Terry you need to get fired and they need to hire somebody else like Julie Julie at the so sorry for you to have to deal with her honestly even Julie said she is very rude and not professional either before I totally regret now I would get everything picking that that because now Noah's ark that was the first place I was looking into anyway when they declined her as a patient Noah's ark is more reasonable and severe anxiety puppies and stomach dogs and they're very professional with dogs that's this place South county vet whatever they're never open they don't answer the phone they'd send you the voicemail Terry is needs fired and I'll keep on putting reviews severe bad reviews May 13 · Christina Pepper
