★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We saw Dr. Cochran for a spay on our coati. He was very kind and made sure all my questions were answered before performing the surgery. I got to sit in on the operation. Doc spoke with me the entire time and put my worries at ease. He was efficient and the surgery went well. His tech was also amazing and very caring and stayed with us until we were ready to go home. Also, once saw Cochran regarding an issue with a cotton top tamarin monkey. I 100% recommend him for anything exotic related.
March 12 · Crystal LeeI brought my Pit Bull mix in this morning at 7:30am to be spayed. The young lady I spoke to on the far left side of the counter was very nice. She helped me fill out the paperwork and told me what she would do for her dog if she was me.There was an older couple at the counter towards the middle and the woman who checked them in was kind of a smart ass. The woman asked what the dogs name was and they replied “Ozzy”. She said “how do you spell it? Ouzy?” The man jokingly replied “you don’t know how to spell Ozzy?” And then had a chuckle. The woman behind the counter was very snappy and said “Well there is more than one way to spell a name so how do you spell it?!!”. She was snarky and rude.I came back in the afternoon around 3:30 to pick up my dog, the staff up front were just very lack luster. The woman who took my payment was very dismissive and dry, she handed me my receipt and barely looked at me and treated me like just another dog owner instead of a person. When the handler brought my dog out, he barely acknowledged me. He spoke sweetly to my dog for 2 second during the hand off but was also having a conversation with someone behind the counter. He pulled the leash off while looking and talking to the person at the counter and didn’t look at me, not once.My dog smells awful and there is dried blood on her belly and I noticed she was having a little trouble putting weight on the front left paw. I’m not sure if that’s where her IV was or if something happened because nobody communicated anything with me.What upsets me the most is that Nobody spoke to me about my dogs surgery, how it went or how she did. I did not receive verbal post op instructions, just 3 paragraphs on the sheet that tells me what her medication is and yes I know I can read them but that’s not the point. The point is that nobody communicated anything with me.Nobody told me how to care for her, what to expect over the next few days or even a “let us know if you need anything”. I am in the medical field, I know how much patients and their families appreciate you speaking to them and explaining things to them, even if you hand them post op instructions in writing it is still important to TALK to your patients. I am very disappointed.
August 02 · Laura CarrollThis was an emergency and really needed my elderly dog to be seen. My vet was booked and full of walk ins . So I called ahead and they accepted walk ins. I witnessed them be courteous and genuinely pleasant with everyone. A distraught lady walked in with a dog that was not going to make it. They made a call and everyone came running out the back. They carried the dog in and quickly took them all back including the owner. They had a lamp up front that said if it was lite up an animal was crossing the rainbow bridge. When it lite up the respect shown had no words to describe. They are professional yet actually love what they do! I’ll definitely be back and with the rest of my pack!!
August 14 · Rebecca OldhamGreat care. Appointments are first come first served. Surgery was scheduled. Pricing is decent. More affordable than most. Tango hugely improved.
May 13 · Colleen VanceHad a great experience with friendly techs that seemed to really love animals, vets are knowledgeable and understanding. My poor cat had a very nasty bladder infection and was seen and treated same day. He is doing great now!
