I got there early and was 3rd in line, everything seemed to be running efficiently, I got Thelma checked in for her spayed appointment, they said be back at 3:00 p.m. to pick her up.
Jun 12, 2025 · Jeffery RoperWe arrived at 7:15 am for the feline Friday spay/neuter event. (Previously made the appointment online). Check in took a little while, but well worth the savings. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful.
Jan 25, 2025 · Kenda CurtisGreat experience getting my dog spayed. She healed up perfectly with no issues. Highly recommend.
May 14, 2025 · M. RodriguezWhen I see that the weight of my dog is below 20lbs and the receptionist isn’t willing to explain in an honest manner why my dog jumped up above 20lbs when I pre paid (saying oh they move around), and then assumes I just need to pay with card or cash with out hearing me that I pre paid with the higher weight to get cost of the extras covered with what I paid, seems un honest and not kind.Care for the animal is ok, but service at front desk is not.
Jan 14, 2025 · R BMy dog got spayed there and it went well I think. But the customer service when I went to pick her up was awful. I asked what the name of then medication was because I thought the comfort package was both pain and sedation. My fault for not reading the packet closer. But as soon as I asked the name of the medication the lady who was to go over my paperwork was annoyed, sighed and went and got the trazodone and didn’t fill out the prescription all the way and didn’t tell me my dog had staples and sutures. The paperwork said they would tell you if they had to come back for removal. This lady didn’t tell me anything so I was surprised when I got an email saying I need to come back. The lady called me right away when I responded to the email and apologized for the other persons behavior. She was kind. If she wasn’t I would have said zero stars. But I will not be taking my dog back. I would rather pay more for someone who is caring than be treated like dog poop.
