We very unexpectedly had to put our young cat down. I waited until the family was all home to say goodbye to him, which put us at after our regular vet’s hours. We chose to go here to Life Centre as it was an after hours option and we had an emergency experience with them that went well once in the past. This was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, and Life Centre made it as comfortable as possible for us. The woman who answered my phone call and helped us at the front desk was so kind, patient, and understanding. The room they had us in was clean and comfortable. The nurses and doctors who helped us with our beloved cat were very good at explaining, giving us options, and helping us say goodbye to our pet on whatever way felt right for us.I wish we didn’t have to experience this, but I am grateful that Life Centre was available to us. Thank you. - Ashley Hendricks
