However, understanding the deep bond between military members and their personal pets, the clinic extends its compassionate and comprehensive services to the wider military family. The clinic's approach to pet care is rooted in a blend of professional expertise and genuine empathy. The staff understands the unique challenges faced by military families, such as frequent moves and the stress of travel. This is why a key part of their service includes assisting with complex processes like obtaining health certificates for overseas travel, a task that can be daunting for any pet owner. The team's dedication to making these processes as smooth as possible, as highlighted by a grateful customer, demonstrates their commitment to going above and beyond. Travis Vet Clinic Reviews
Even though my husband was stationed at Beale AFB, we needed to go to Travis Vet Clinic to handle our dogs’ health certificates for an overseas PCS. From the first time I contacted them they were so nice and responsive. They helped me with every step of the process and helped me get all my forms taken care of before the day of our appointment to help with the stress. On the day of our appointment they were accommodating of the fact that I was late due to be being stuck in traffic. When we got there the staff were so kind and treated my dogs so well. They were very informative of the health certificate process. I’m glad I made the drive to work with them.
July 09 · Lindsay FrankovichFor a military clinic, it's not bad. New doctor and some new staff members. Doctor loves animals, as the tattoos on her arms can attest to. Very good with animals, gave my dog a full check up and her shots. More new people, but every one is friendly.
August 09 · Ken BrandDoes not get connected by phone within regular work days and ours and it goes straight to a voicemail. Email address is not listed on the website either. Could you please let me know which number to call to be able to talk someone or email address to communicate? Thank you for your help. Due to PCS requirements, I need your prompt response. Thank you.
August 05 · Hisayo NielsenI absolutely love the base Vet! They bust thier butts and do the best they really can short staffed and all. From the front desk to the back the team has treated my two pups and myself/family with kindness and respect. Thank you to the whole team for your hard work and dedication to keeping our animal babes healthy and happy. ❤️ People should stop listening to others and go get your own opinions. For everyone who's had a bad experience, did you really tell the vets how you felt/what made you upset or did you go to social media to complain?
May 08 · Toni MayVery rude front desk staff. They need to be taught how customer service works, being rude and dismissive is not how you talk to clients.
