VCA Lewis Animal Hospital Reviews
Recent visit to VCA Lewis was for my Frankie to get a pedicure. They are amazing with her. I adopted her when she was 9 (will be 16 in early Feb) & she had really long nails that came with really long quicks & wouldn't allow anyone to touch her paws. She had to get them done under sedation. After about 5 or 6 times under sedation, they asked if they could try again without the sedation since she seemed more comfortable with everything. Of course I said give it a go, my wallet will be grateful. Dr. John Hebner & the tech team managed to get it done and from what they tell me it has gotten easier each time. She still drops to the floor when it's time to go to the back & tries heading for the exit every chance she gets but once she gets past the front desk she seems to be fine. I'm so grateful for the entire team at VCA Lewis for making these pedicures easier on her & on my wallet. Love this place!!
Nov 29, 2024 · RaRa VercThey took great care of Rio! The doctor provided valuable information and tips on how to care for Rio, without trying to upsell any services. The front desk personnel were friendly and greeted us warmly. Although I hope I won't need to visit a vet again soon, if I do, I'll definitely return to VCA.
May 22, 2024 · Rusif EyvazliThey are absolutely wonderful. I recently took our cats in for their annual check ups and, to be completely honest, our one cat can be a complete monster. 14 years and she's never been a good girl at the vet. Except this time. They won her over with love and goodies and, even though Ninja still had a lot of cussing to do, she didn't fight. She was calm, she explored (no hiding), she purred, she did not have to be restrained. I took this photo of her getting her vaccines because I've never seen her behave so well. They had only two hands holding her still, she barely noticed her vaccines! Ninja was so good!! I totally give credit to the vets and staff at VCA for calming her. This matters. Animals know when they are safe and in good hands. ❤️
Oct 19, 2023 · Connie ReedI’m so glad I found this practice! I love Dr Hopkins and Dr Hebner. They are both so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Everyone at the practice is very nice but those two especially go above and beyond (as well as their techs, Alex and Teasha). They take such great care of my kitties!
Oct 30, 2024 · Lindsay AllenWe've been seeing Dr. Hebnar for over 5 years. My pug is a frequent flier and he always gives her the best care, answers all of my questions, and pays attention to the finest detail. We've seen a couple of other vets in the practice and they are also amazing. The front desk staff is always helpful and efficient. We have also boarded our dogs here and the staff was absolutely amazing.
