August 11 · Rebekah “Bekah” Tucker- MooreThey had my senor dog for 10 days for boarding and stated he showed no signs of pain. The dog can barely get up when laying down and getting back up. Tells me they sure wasn't watching him very closely. They also told me the med he was getting was carprovet with ibuprofen for 57 $. When I got home it didn't contain ibuprofen just the same stuff he was on before that didn't work. They also encouraged me to get a 12 year old dog neutered. Seems thay are more into money than helping the animals.
June 06 · debi shawI’ve been a customer for at least around their opening, I had the greatest things to say and recommended others to take their pets there. It seems each I’ve went in the customer service had gotten worse. So bad that I’m choosing to drive over an hour away to get Bravecto for my pets, which is a lot cheaper than purchasing it in my own home town. I just went back today to try to give a second chance because I needed medicine for a new cat, and I could just feel the woman’s rude superiority. She may have uttered 3 words while I was making my purchase. Just an overall bad experience. If a person makes a choice to work with the public they should be required to have a good attitude.
April 25 · Lois RodriguezThe veterinary service that you receive at Twin Lakes veterinary, service is excellent. We have four dogs we have sheep. We have cats and they take care of all of them. I’ve gone to some vets where the prices are higher and some where the prices are lower; so I guess their prices are competitive, at least not so high that I’ve run off to find a new vet. Making appointments is relatively easy and typically they can get you in within a few days. Looking to get in with a possible emergency situation or what you consider might be an emergency situation they might get in a few days. They do take your animals into the back while they’re doing the exam and treatments and your left waiting in. I guess we’ll call it the waiting room. I would much prefer as most vets I’ve been to in the past possibly even all of them that they do the exams and give the shots and everything with you right there in the room so you can give your family member some comfort so they’re not as scared.Again, the treatment and the people there are very kind, friendly and respectful .The front desk gets a little, I guess I’ll say complicated times but, they get the job done.
January 04 · Bob HoganThis place is excellent for animal service. Helped our cat. He's like a new kitty. Thank you so much!!!!
