★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1WORST ANIMAL HOSPITAL EVER.... Got my dog cremated and when I went to pick him up never got his paw prints they claimed that they gave it to us the day we brought him in to get cremated kinda impossible to do. And then they kept lying saying that they didn't have it because they gave it to us told them to look back at the camera the day we brought him in to get cremated claimed the camera doesn't work. Absolutely kept making any excuse possible to not check cameras, even though I pointed right at and kept telling them to check it.I wanted to speak to the owner, but they refused. Claimed he is busy all day long. No time to speak to a customer. Absolutely Unprofessional disrespectful, heartless people. They don't care about you or your pet. They just care about the money.
June 23 · Brianna CadaIf I could rate less than this I would. Imagine coming to the heart wrenching decision to euthanize your beloved dog and 16 year companion to ease his pain and suffering. You’ve nursed him for over a year, but now he hasn’t eaten in days, he is skin and bones and has assorted tumors. You’ve paid this vet thousands of dollars to remove the tumors, but they’ve come back. You can see the pain when he tries to walk, and he cannot lie down or control his bowels. He has no joy in his life and the bad days outnumber the good. You make the appointment, and now that the agonizing decision is made, you prepare to say goodbye and try to assuage the guilt and second guessing.Arriving at the clinic, you’re advised an exam will be needed? We don’t know why when the decision has been made. This is painful for you and your dog. Instead of confirming your difficult decision, you’re presented with an array of options that cost hundreds of dollars. You’re told “it could just be an infection”. You stay strong, knowing what you’ve been through together but now there is doubt. A too-tight muzzle and IV are introduced, making the process even worse. And then your friend is gone and they will be happy to cremate at five times the rate. The whole horrible process was made worse by the lack of compassion, respect and professionalism.I suggest you consider we know our pets better than you and display some empathy with our decision, instead of introducing a money-grab and causing doubt. We didn’t ask for options, but now we’ll have to live with some family members second guessing the decision as part of our mourning process. We’ve been through this before with other pets and veterinary clinics and were treated with professionalism, compassion and respect. We will never come here again.

March 07 · Kathleen DoughertyI wanted to write a review to balance out some of the bad reviews that made me nervous before I went here. I needed to see the vet to diagnose my beloved cat's abnormal urination. The vet tech/receptionist scheduled me for 2 days from the time I called (which is very fast for non-emergent appointments, in my experience). The vet, DVM Hein met me early in the morning. He was clearly very knowledgeable and thorough. He was gentle with my cat. Some claims that he appeared a danger to people's pets feel, now that I've met him, absolutely ridiculous. He's a bit gruff, but you can tell that's also because he's the only vet working in a busy clinic. I never felt like he wasn't telling me something. The clinic kept my cat to run tests, which he personally reviewed under a microscope to give me a thorough and clear diagnosis. He obviously cared about getting it right. My cat is diagnosed and on the road to recover. My cat is a sensitive, anxious boy and he appeared in as good a mood as I could anticipate, given the circumstances. Everyone was helpful and friendly, everyone spoke to me clearly and answered my many questions, including questions about less expensive alternatives to in clinic care and in clinic foods. No one was judgemental, annoyed, or confrontational with me. Busy? Yes. Rude? Absolutely not. I just moved to the area and I'm really glad I found a reliable and competent vet right away, as my animals are extremely important to me. Cat tax attached.
April 22 · Carla JoubertDr. Hein and his staff are knowledgeable and provide excellent care. Dr. Hein answers all my questions, gives me options, and is compassionate. His team is helpful and genuinely interested in the life of my pets.
