VCA Lynnfield by the Lake Animal Hospital Reviews
My elderly kitty Alice had an emergency and we brought her in, having not been here before. The staff and Dr. Morawski were so kind and compassionate to Alice, my daughter, and me. Alice typically is very fearful but calmed with the patient care she received. Her prognosis was dire and we made the painful decision to have her euthanized. The staff and doctor could not have treated us better than they did. They made a horrible situation bearable for all of us. I will be using this clinic regularly and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care.
Jan 18, 2025 · Krystyn WhiteJazzy's first experience as a newly adopted rescue. Thank you for caring for my family member. Jazzy and I miss you; we receive services at the VCA Delaware in Pennsylvania.
Jun 02, 2023 · Rachael ChambersThe front desk staff are rude: they interrupt, are curt, and use a condescending tone. I ask one man to stop interrupting, and he started yelling at me. My husband was 10 minutes late because he accidentally went to the other location and they canceled his appointment, even though my dog was in pain and needed help. Even after I begged them, and explained that our family wasn’t doing well because my brother had just passed away, they wouldn’t allow my husband to continue with the appointment. ( even after they weighed my dog, and started the process.)I like the veterinarians, but I won’t tolerate rudeness and interrupting. I’ll never go there again.
Oct 15, 2024 · Cynthia HellmannI love the Animal Hospital of Lynnfield! The doctors and staff are so caring and really want the pet parents to feel comfortable in their pet's care. This is my second dog, and I wouldn't bring her to any other veterinarian.
Sep 08, 2018 · M O'DonnellI am so appreciative of the amazing, dedicated, hardworking staff at VCA by the lake. Our dog is very aggressive, reactive and timid, and they treat him so well when he has to go in. They always respect our wishes, handle him with care, and do a beautiful job. Our dog is very anxious so requires a lot of management when something goes wrong (injury, bandage, vet visit) and they always are patient and understanding with us. I never worry when we our dog is in their care. 🐾🖤
