★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I used to take my cat to North Shore Animal Hospital, but they closed. I then needed a new vet and did some research and went with Saugus Animal Hospital. VERY happy I did. I LOVE Dr. Tedder who is overworked but NEVER too busy for you. She is always attentive and thorough and informative and caring to my kitty. She deserves to be commended for all she does for so many people. The desk staff is always helpful and kind AND my favorite vet tech is Kyle. He is a great combo of care and realness, enjoy talking with him about life. As you will see my Cairo is never impressed going to the vet, but they handle him with such love...he gets over it. 🤣❤️

Dr. Bloom is amazing — knowledgeable, compassionate, and someone I completely trust to take the best care of my dog. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to animals. I always feel confident knowing my pup is in such good hands.
March 27 · Julia PanzaThe staff at Saugus Animal Hospital is amazing. They are all so caring and kind. Our dog gets monthly allergy shots so we are there often and have never had anything but the nicest interactions.
April 12 · Sharon CatalanoI am remiss in not writing this review sooner. The staff at Saugus Animal Hospital (Dr Bloom and her assistant as well as MaryJo and her coworker) are so dedicated to animal care and my husband and I are forever grateful. Yesterday our wonderful dog Bailey was euthanized and having never gone through this before, I did not know what to expect. The care Bailey received was like that of a human. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
April 16 · Eileen LyleSaugus Animal Hospital was awesome with my cat Smokey. They really care about the pets that people bring in which is very important. You want to feel that your pet is being cared for as if it were the doctors and nurses own and that's what Saugus Animal Hospital does. They were great. Highly recommended.
