North Shore Animal Hospital Reviews
My husband and I are new dog owners and we are so happy with our decision to go to North Shore Animal Hospital. Everyone is so kind and explains everything in detail putting our minds at ease. Cannot recommend enough!
Jun 27, 2025 · Erika PatnaudeBeware new patients and existings patients!!!!Dr Dunn decided to no longer continue services after one appointment for my dog. The appointment was made one 3/28/25. The dog is only 2 years old. They will not give us any explanation. When we have been compliant with treatment for the dog.I suggested you go elsewhere because there is a lack of communication. Not even a termination letter. We only found it when we walked into the office to purchase medications on 5/8/25. DO WASTE YOUR TIME.Ps his bad side manner is horrible as well just like the front desk.
May 09, 2025 · Sam DelgadilloI would rate higher if possible. My cat is almost 18 and was very sick. I called and was able to get him in right away. The entire staff was professional and friendly and Dr Dunn put my mind at ease due to his kindness and professionalism. My cat Eggy spent extra time there as Dr Dunn wanted to thoroughly check him over and monitor him.I was expecting a high bill due to all the time and tests but Dr Dunn didn’t charge me for a LOT of what was done. I still paid them but they did NOT price gauge me. They actually CARE about their patients and he , and the entire staff, wanted to give Eggy the best care possible! My cat, after hours of being there and me being a nervous wreck, came out like a NEW cat! He is so much better and that is because he was in the best hands possible at Northshore Animal Hospital!Thank you so much!

May 03, 2025 · Julie MHello, my sweet little kitten who was only one years old passed away on August 3rd 2021. I went to this vet to get her checked because she was throwing up and the vet said there was a string that she must have eaten. The vet that I got did not ask me if I wanted to get her X-rayed just told me that if she isn’t eating as well to come back and that she should be fine. He did not seem nervous so I did not think it would be a problem. I tried to watch her eating but I do have two other cats so it was kind of difficult. Although when I was talking to my friends they informed me that the string could get wrapped around her intestines which the doctor did not tell me as I remember and since he did not seem nervous about Bean I wasn’t nervous because I am a 19 year old girl that does not do this for a living. I think I paid $70 or so dollars for that appt on top of a shot that was $30 all for my cat to die. So I will not be bringing my cats or kittens here anymore. Hope you take this place takes this into account and make sure next time this does not happen.here are some pictures of my sweet girl
