VEG ER for Pets Reviews
I couldn’t be more thankful for veterinary emergency group. Few days ago, my cat’s tail got stuck in the door and it got lacerated pretty bad. The team did an x-ray to confirm there was no fracture. Thankfully she had no fracture. Then they proceeded to place suture on the lacerations. The vet nurse and her assistant were so calm and caring. They gently placed an IV on her. Then they sedated her for the laceration repair. The doctor then carefully sutured all the open lacerations. She did an amazing job; the bleeding stopped and the sutures are still holding up. After the suture, my cat woke up slowly. Our doctor explained the recovery process in great detail. She told us how to take care of her and what to expect in the next two weeks. Then the vet assistant went over her medications. He instructed us on how to administer the medications, side effects, etc. From the start to finish, we were reassured at all times. We knew we came to the right place for our baby. The best part is, the team let us be with her during the whole procedure. Our baby means the world to us & I cannot say how thankful we are for the care my baby received. If you have a veterinary emergency, look no further.
Jun 28, 2025 · Saber Uddin1 year and 1 month ago my Lulu passed away. We brought him to VEG because he wasn’t eating or walking and he had no desire to get up off his bed. Months prior he was vomiting everything he ate. He had become very thin and had lost about half his body weight. My experience at VEG was great. The vets and vet staff were very helpful, friendly and most importantly compassionate. The vets and nurses informed me about Lulu’s condition and what I could do for him. Seeing that his condition was deteriorating, I chose the difficult option of euthanasia. Thankfully the vet walked me through the process of what it would be like for Lulu. Before Lulu was euthanized, the vet gave me as much time as I needed to stay by Lulu’s side before saying goodbye. I was given the option of a private cremation and received his ashes on time and with a beautiful memorial for Lulu. Thanks to VEG for getting me through that tough decision. I miss Lulu everyday.
Mar 21, 2025 · NataliaMy cat Lucifer wasn’t eating well for three days and was having bowel issues/ throwing up. He is normally a very playful and energetic cat so I was worried. He was clearly dehydrated and backed up. The vets and nurses went down every route to rule out possible causes to his illness and took the extra time to check him after every step. He ended up getting an enema, fluid pack and xray and after a day was back to his old self. Very grateful for the vet’s tips on how to keep him hydrated so that this won’t happen in the future.
Jul 03, 2025 · Angela LiuOur cat wasn’t feeling well and this location was recommended by our vet. My partner and I were both so happy that we brought our cat here. The care we received was incredible. They did thorough testing and provided clear communication of the treatment plan. We were able to catch some health issues early and get proper treatment ASAP. As it’s open 24/7 and provides no restriction on visitation, we were able to visit our cat during his hospitalization and receive continuous updates on his condition. The treatment was expensive, but within what would be expected of emergency pet care. There are also options for billing your pet’s insurance if you have any.The staff here was nothing short of exceptional. They comforted my girlfriend and I and made sure our cat felt loved throughout his treatment. Many thanks to the team at VEG!
