★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- While my wife and I were on vacation, our dog experienced a sudden and serious medical emergency over the weekend. We called several veterinary clinics in the area, and Versailles Veterinary Clinic was the only one to respond immediately and with incredible compassion. When we arrived, there was already a full team assembled, ready to perform emergency surgery without delay. Their swift action, professionalism, and genuine care quite literally saved our dog’s life. The skill and dedication of Dr. Mieke Patterson and her outstanding team are nothing short of remarkable. We are forever grateful for the expertise, kindness, and urgency shown to us during such a frightening time. It’s rare to find a group of professionals who combine medical excellence with such heartfelt compassion. Versailles Veterinary Clinic will always have our highest recommendation and deepest thanks for giving us more precious years with our beloved companion. August 09 · Thomas Pingel
- Had to go in to put our senior dog down. They were so nice and considerate. They treated our Sasha with care and love. Total difference than when Doc Jones was there. We've been using Lake Pet and will be coming back home to Versailles for our vet care. February 07 · BrokenAngel 425
- We recently put our dog to sleep. All of the people here were so understanding and helpful. They made a terrible experience, survivable. Thank you so very much. June 28 · K Dodd
- I would sincerely like to thank the entire staff at Versailles Vet Clinic for their most recent care of my 5 month old kitten, Grace. She became very sick and was throwing up and unable to eat or drink. The staff tried their best to get us into the office in a timely manner. The vet agreed to see us between her other appointments that day. All of the staff are very warm, welcoming, and inviting. They certainly care for animals, and it shows. They were so good with my Gracie. I did not have to wait very long at all in the waiting area and was brought into a room almost immediately. The vet came in to see us within minutes. She was very kind, knowledgeable and informative. I had many questions. Instead of immediately running expensive test, she started with the most basic things, and determined fairly quickly that my Grace unfortunately had roundworms. She was able to treat her accordingly, and within a few short days, she was back to her mischievous self. We even received a follow up call from the office checking on how Grace was doing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who cares for their animals as much as we do. You will definitely be pleasantly surprised with your overall experience. The fee for service was very fair also. This will definitely be our family go to veterinary facility. January 29 · Patricia O'flaherty
- I came in weeks ago to get an abortion an vaccines for my dog an was told to come back in four weeks, I did just that an then they told me they were no longer comfortable with performing an abortion on a dog that far along, even though I was in four weeks earlier. I now have nine puppy's I can't afford, I had made it clear to them my situation, an what I needed, an they told me to wait. Poor medical advice! EDIT: All but two puppies died May 04 · Ultimate Escape
