Vetco Vaccination Clinic Reviews
Horrible experience! They charge more for vaccines than their posted prices. They are not cheaper than going to a real vet’s office. You have to stand around in the store waiting on line, no privacy. They make you come back for booster shots and charge you double for one type of vaccine than getting the same vaccine in ONE shot in the regular vet’s office! Also the Vet doctor’s behavior with the dogs was bizarre… she kisses them up and down all over. I never saw this before. Very unprofessional. All around, a terrible experience. Stick with a real vet’s office!
Mar 10, 2024 · RSDr. Joyce was very sweet and caring. Piper was a little nervous, but she and her technician made Piper feel safe! Love Vetco!!!
Oct 16, 2023 · Julie SantosI arrived and got in line around 3:05pm at the Brick, NJ location of PetCo. I was not seen until 5:56pm. I brought my kitten, on a leash which I have done many times before, and was told I would not be seen by the “vet” unless I put her in a carrier which I didn’t have with me. I had to get one or leave. The girl was very rude. Everyone in line was unhappy with how ridiculously long it was taking when this is usually a 20-30 minute thing. It’s just vaccinations. The vet and her assistants took a crazy long time in between each customer standing/sitting and talking. I have never been so aggravated going to PetCo/VetCo as I was on this occasion. I will never return to another Vetco again. I’d rather take my pets to an actual vet office and at least get treated better. The vet was polite but her assistant was rude to me and other people waiting on line.
