Veterinary Medical Center of Fort Thomas Reviews
Dr. Baker and her staff were amazing today. I can not say enough wonderful things about my first experience here. Cats are generally not the best when they have to go to the vet and it's usually a very high stress situation. Not only was the receptionist super friendly and soft spoken, the vet tech actually sat on the floor with my kitty until all the paperwork was done to get him acclimated to the room. Dr. Baker was on time and very knowledgeable. The whole experience was a 10/10 and i'm very happy to say that we've found our new family vet! Thanks again you guys!
Jun 22, 2024 · Bilinda BentonAmazing is an understatement. All female staff which was very much needed at this point in my life. Very gentle kind and understanding. My Lil guy was having some issues and they were addressed right away he was vaccinated. And they handled it amazingly. Went over prices BEFORE the treatment on a computer with estimates showed it to me. There prices are not cheap but reasonable. They don't jack their prices up like every other place around. They even called the next day to check on my Lil B man to make sure he was OK from the vaccines. Very professional staff.
Nov 09, 2023 · Tiffany BeckerI don't usually write reviews, this is specifically for the Fort Thomas location.Took my dog in for an annual check and:1. I was told that a urine sample was taken, later I received a call saying they are waiting for me to bring the sample, and after calling and asking I was told they DID take a sample, who to trust?2. Couldn't have a debrief with Dr Baker due to time so I asked to have her call me to discuss my dog's visit and paid the bill with no complaints, at the time very happy with the service. I had to call the center several times and wait many days after I was finally able to speak with Dr Baker one week later.3. I asked for paperwork to be sent for insurance purposes together with an x-ray taken the day of the appt. Same story, had to call several times and after 13 days and many phone calls I finally got the paperwork. What kind of respect and appreciation to patients/customers is this?Individually these events are not a big deal but put together they add up for a negative experience were I was waiting several days for diagnostics, x-rays, paperwork, and me trying to reach the Doctor constantly with no success (Not fun when the patient is your pet, we all love our pets and they are family members)All this makes me wonder how they treat the animals behind close doors and it does not promote a trustworthy relationship with a Vet clinic, which is required when a family memeber visits the Doctor. And lastly, what would've happened if it was the other way around and I payed the bill 2 weeks later after the services were provided? Somebody would not have been happy. Will not go back, will not recommend.
Jun 14, 2023 · Martin O1Dr. Baker is the best. She knows animals and treats them both physically and emotionally. Our dog has had successful surgery with her and treatment for other ailments. We would not use anyone else.
