★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was very unsatisfied with my experience. In an emergency, I was hit with hidden fees and confusing paperwork I couldn’t even read because my dog needed surgery right away. After paying, they later claimed I owed another thousand dollars, and even weeks later kept calling with more surprise charges like $80 for a cheap plastic cone. I’m grateful my dog is okay, but the lack of honesty and transparency was awful. IF you have the money I’m sure it’s a good place. I wish I had known all of this I would’ve never even step foot in that place
August 18 · Leo GraysonAs a former Biomed student and vet tech, I am so happy I was able to take my "baby boy Meatball" home to A&M for his second TPLO (knee surgery). I know he is well taken care of not only physically but mentally. Thank you to all staff for taking great care of my kids!
September 13 · Christie KyleI actually really enjoyed this place, not only are they very good on the price probably 50 to 70% less than what I’ve been quoted at other places they even offered me more services and still came below the competition
