Veterinary Specialty Center of Sturbridge Reviews
I cannot express how helpful this Vet is. Submitted a new patient request this morning almost three hours before they opened, and within an hour had an appointment. The staff is very caring, and thorough. Their attention to detail while explaining the treatment/exam process is amazing. Appointment took about 2 hours total including sedation, and they called me three times to keep me informed of what was going on with our old man! Thank you guys so much for taking great care of Bo!

Jun 02, 2025 · Melissa DrewThe care and compassion we received from the people here was unmatched. Our pet passed suddenly on a Saturday, and they were so kind and considerate. They took care of his cremation and every one took time to sign the card and say something meaningful. Our family was very grateful for all their support throughout this difficult time. Thank you.
May 13, 2025 · kari chamberlinMy dog Krystal was bitten by another dog. I called in and first talked to Michelle she was great. They were able to get me in right away. CSR Emilie Hack brought us in and thoroughly explained the whole process to us. She took amazing care of Krystal. Then she came back in with DVM Sara Wlodarczyk-Li. The two of them got right to work on Krystal explaining everything to us as they took care of her. They both showed extreme kindness to Krystal and my family. True professionals.Thank you!!! 🙂
