★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is by far the best palace a person can take your animal for anything that requires loving help in time of need! Even though the emergency staff was unable to help our baby cat Pancho they fell in love with him in his last few moments of his life. His doctor was truly emotional when she had to do what was the best for him. We appreciate the care every employee had for our little PANCHO!
May 03 · Rod BJust recently took my cat in to have his heart checked out. The staff was absolutely kind and extremely helpful. Dr Julie Martin was very thorough with her examination and answered any question I had. Definitely helped put my mind to ease. My big boy is usually a brat when it comes to Vets but, was told he was a good boy for them. 🤔 Somebody must be a cat whisperer there?!? Thank you so much for everything - keep doing the great work that you guys do!!
April 01 · Mary DThere aren't enough words to express how grateful we are for VRCC, and especially the oncology team and Dr. Benner for their compassion, deep knowledge & expertise, and commitment to pets and their humans. We brought our beloved dog Isaac to VRCC after spending 6 weeks going other vets three times and not receiving any substantial testing or diagnosis for his symptoms. It was only after he got very sick and ended up at the ER that he was diagnosed with lymphoma, and we were referred to VRCC. We were able to get in with Dr. Benner the next day and get Isaac started on chemotherapy treatment that same day, wasting no time at all to help him feel better. He felt safe at VRCC to go back and start treatment without any hesitation, and even returned to us with a new toy, wagging his tail when we came back to pick him up after his chemo.Ultimately, Isaac's time was cut far too short and he was only able to be a VRCC patient for two weeks before he passed from complications from his cancer, but this was far and away the best vet experience we have ever had. We felt fully armed with knowledge and information and a plan to help Isaac feel better, and he did start feeling better so quickly because of the oncology team's quick and thorough care. We could not be more grateful or speak more positively about our experience here. While we wish it could have been longer, the 15 days that we got with Isaac were some of the most special of our lives and we owe 100% of those days to VRCC.
April 08 · Kaitlin BenzI just want to thank them because they were so kind and sweet in such a stressful time with my dog. They were kind and listened and explained with such heart. Ali and doctor Luke and doctor Groth were amazing. Thank you so much for taking care of Max!
June 06 · Unity SalonIt’s a terrible process to deal with our beloved pets getting sick. They love us unconditionally and all of our love in return can’t tell us what ails them. It’s hard to see them suffer, deal with the cost & even diagnose as a professional. As a quick aside: GET PET INSURANCE!! Having coverage has save me almost $50,000 through the last 4 years at the cool price of $70/month!My sweet pup has IMHA which almost took his life 2 years ago and it was thanks to Dr Timian and her amazing team that he’s still here and (usually) thriving. I would give them 10 stars if I could! They’re compassionate, thorough and invested in the lives of their patients & families. We’ve had many issues since his original diagnosis and VRCC has had the resources to get him healthy. This is the place you want to be when your pets care gets serious!
