★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Wagnolia is a personable, thoughtful, and communicative clinic. My dog had a dental exam there and throughout the procedure and after they checked in to see he was healing and made sure medications were working for him. They were flexible, provided options, and made us feel listened to. Huge thank you to Dr. O’Brian and Karina for their time and care!
July 08 · Madilyn AtkinsWorst Vet place ever don’t bring your pet here all they see is $ dollar sign literally brought my dog in for one thing, and the medicine didn’t work they wanted us to come back so they can charge more money for the exam which is $90 I hate this place & I hope they close for good soon, waste of space in UPTOWN Community, they are only open M-F no weekends, & they tell u, you have to pay a deposit to schedule an appointment when there not even that busy like that, oh and they take too damn long, you will be there for hours, before the doctor actual come see you & your pet. Save your money go elsewhere , where they actually care for your pet. I hope the city closes this garbage place for good. No needing in our community. If the alderman can help to close them down it will be great
June 19 · Chelsey MasonWagnolia was great on the basic checkups, but when our elderly dog had an issue, they got very hands-off.They sent us tonthe emergency vet and then didn't contact us again. We felt at sea, not knowing if we could trust what the ER doc was suggesting (an invasive procedure) and without Wagnolia on ourbside, we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize. Very disappointing
February 12 · Joshua DanowitzWow! The team at the clinic are incredible!! I was blown away by their compassion, understanding and patience. I moved to Chicago recently and my sweet 15-year-old pug was already showing signs that it may be time to say goodbye. We had never even been to Wagnolia when I called after a rough night when I knew she was ready. From the first phone call, every single person we spoke to and worked with was insanely kind. They were so understanding about the situation. They made the environment very calming and helped my sweet girl transition with ease. Then, to my surprise, when it was time to pick up her remains, the entire team signed a card all with personal notes that brought tears to my eyes. She's even memorialized in a hand-carved beautiful box with her name engraved. To Dr.Joshi and Emmett especially plus Karina, Sophie, Jackie, and Samantha, thank you for helping make such an incredibly difficult time a little easier. I appreciate you. You are a blessing more than you know. Much gratitude! - Kristen and Junepug
January 08 · Kristen NelsonWould recommend to anyone! The staff is incredible with my pup and take such great care of her. The vets answer all my questions and explain things clearly so I can understand what is going on. They don't push unnecessary procedures and are always crystal clear on what a procedure or appointment will cost. Could not recommend them enough!
