Have been going here for almost a decade. No longer going here because I’ve found a new vet as apparently this one has shut down out of no where. I have called at least 20 times. We’ve driven here, there are no cars and the lights are all off, even though it says open on google maps. I can’t even get my pets vaccinations at a new vet because I CANT GET HIS FILES FROM THIS ONE. I have left voicemails, I’ve even had my new vet call and leave voicemails hoping to get my pets files, and nothing. Unbelievable.Update after response: Totally useless. Seems the automated response bot is just responding with the businesses number and website, as if we haven’t been calling that number. Just ridiculous. Also the vet Dr.Amos informed me that they could not do anything about a growth on my dogs paw. One year later and that growth has expanded to 3 times the size and now is a much bigger problem than needed to be, and this vet is nowhere to be found. DO NOT GO HERE.

Extremely strange that they continue to pay for an email service that keeps reminding us to come in yet they are closed. And clearly they are also still paying for their website and for some kind of Google review bot to auto-reply to these negative reviews. I cannot fathom why they could not send a simple email to their customers to explain the situation. Are they being sued or investigated? Nothing else could explain such unprofessionalism.

I took my dog in for a certain issue, they told me they recommended a test that was NOT CHEAP in order to determine what might be wrong and how to best treat her. I left that day paying about $600 and I didn't receive a detailed diagnosis. But the worst of it all happened just about a few weeks after when I scheduled a Spay for my dog. They initially quoted me for about $900. That day after I dropped her off I received a call mid-day where they told me they had already SEDATED HER but couldn't continue with the surgery because she had what looked like an infection on her belly and near her vulva. If they know that something like this can stop a surgery from happening, WHY NOT CHECK BEFORE PUTTING SOMEONE'S PET ON ANESTHESIA AND STILL CHARGING THEM FOR IT. Let's not forget the fact that they make it clear on paperwork that in order to perform lifesaving procedures such as CPR during a procedure THEY CHARGE. I paid over $300 for anesthesia according to my bill. They didn't want to refund me and instead gave me a new total for the new scheduled surgery date of about $700 claiming they were giving me a "discount". What a slap to the face after being a customer for so many years. And now they won't answer? I rescheduled my spay for Jan 3rd, thankfully cancelled and shortly realized this place is "temporarily closed" the unprofessionalism is so obvious to me now. Why can't you message your clients? Let them know you are CLOSED! Own up to what you do. I DEMAND a refund for certain charges that I feel were truly unfair and unnecessary. I am STILL WAITING to hear from you guys after messaging over a month ago.
