Jul 01, 2025 · Yvonne YorkeMy puppy just loves this places (Midtown) . And all of the staff just takes really great care of my pup and everyone knows him. DVM Clark and DVM Hernandez are both amazing.
Jun 18, 2025 · Roberta FarwellWorst place ever. Since 8:00 am this morning I have been trying to reach someone who could recommend a calming medication for my dog. Every time I called, whoever was handling the phones immediately put me on hold without saying a word. I was on hold for 20 minutes when I was randomly disconnected. I called back again—the same thing happened except I was on hold for 40 minutes. I have better things to do with my time rather than dick around with these jerks. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. When my contract with them is up, I’m switching my vet. These people truly suck and I still don’t have any medication for my dog.
Nov 30, 2024 · YvAngelGreat care, attention, and professionalism. My last Banfield left a lot to be desired but this one really hit all the marks. Highly recommend.
