WVRC - Grafton Introduce

As noted in customer experiences, they are prepared to handle high-stakes situations, such as stabilizing a dog in **Heart Failure** with oxygen support. WVRC - Grafton accepts both walk-in emergencies and referrals from family veterinarians, ensuring that specialized **Health Care** is accessible to the broader Wisconsin pet-owning community whenever a crisis strikes. Their mission is clear: to be the reliable source for critical veterinary services when your regular vet's office is closed or when a pet requires complex, immediate, or round-the-clock supervision.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I took my dog Nina in because she was having a hard time breathing. Turns out she is in heart failure. They Dr was great from the beginning to the end. She had Nina in a oxygen tank, and took great care of Nina. I agreed to leave Nina for 24 hrs. The Dr called me in the morning and said that she was breathing normal again, I was so relieved, I really thought I was going to have to make a really hard decision. Later the next day I got a call that I could come get Nina, I was so happy. Every one at WVRC- Grafton was so loving and caring towards my Nina and myself. I am very grateful to them for saving my Nina. Thank you!! August 28 · Cheryl Dobbs
- I just want to share how amazing this place was! My dog was very sick. The front desk seemed a bit impersonal, but the rest of my experience was phenomenal. The vet tech took all my info and went with it, I was originally told it was going to be a long wait, but it actually wasn't that bad. The vet came and discussed everything with me, including every financial option available and let me choose. She was very understanding when I mentioned I had lost every single pet prior on emergent visits. I was terrified my pup wasn't going to make it. I'm happy to report that 2 days later he's almost back to normal!! Thank you!! May 20 · Shelly Veldboom
- The staff and vets here are so caring and knowledgeable. They make you feel at ease, even through sometimes distressing news. We’ve visited on several occasions for various reasons, and one moment stands out - when we needed to bring our newly adopted cat in that had been recently diagnosed with end stage kidney failure. They treated both us and our cat with compassion and dignity. They even sent us some remembrances of him, including his paw and nose prints with a beautiful, heartfelt card. We’re so thankful to have this facility in our community. August 19 · Michelle Standlee
- The staff and doctors were phenomenal helping my fur baby when she recently became sick. All costs and treatment plans were explained in great detail prior to being done, and any questions I did have were answered in full and not rushed through. The compassionate care we received throughout was very much appreciated during a scary time. Although I hope not to ever go back, if the need arises in the future, I am grateful to have this quality care so close to home. July 08 · Jacki D
- It was a great visit! I'm glad I was able to get my cat Samuel in somewhere. The time spent there was a little long, but to be able to see what was happening with my sweet guy and have peace of mind was worth it.The vet was giving me options, and telling me what he may need in the future. I didn't feel pushed to do anything and was able to think what was best for my cat. July 16 · Jessica Gross
