Amanda was incredibly helpful throughout online & in person with anything we needed!🤯🙏🏼I didn’t get this staff’s name and she helped us get situated before the doctor came in. She was very caring and knowledgeable also!Dr. Jenison was so down-to-earth and kind, taking the time to provide the best care. Maddie was also so sweet and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.Everyone at WAH was knowledgeable, caring, and kind🥰🙌🏼. We couldn’t have asked for a better team.We were getting our International Health Certificate done through them. We will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care!I had to give them a shoutout that they deserve💯. They were so genuine☺️🙏🏼Just cool people!✊🏼❤️Thank you again!!
March 13 · J CJody is by far the best staff member, however they are ALL amazing. All 6 of my pets have been seen here and they have helped me navigate through tough times (amputations, dental diseases/extractions, sutures (what dog runs into a fence that hard?), plus all of their annual exams. Highly recommend them!
May 09 · Tabi VanceHow do I begin to convey the trust, respect, and deep gratitude I feel for this practice and those who work here? For nearly a decade, Wyoming Animal Hospital has continuously demonstrated compassion, innovation, and collaboration when it comes to the care of my boxer, Rory. Dr. Privette and the team at WAH have been endlessly patient with Rory’s quirks, including his anxiety that can manifest as aggression. WAH is one of the few places we know he can go without fear of scaring someone or feeling the scrutiny that can come in response to unique dog behaviors. This is so valuable to have and has meant the world to myself and Rory’s other human.Rory’s care at WAH has been second to none. In his thirteen (and counting!) years of life, they have successfully diagnosed and treated mast cell cancer, Cushings, a heart murmur, pancreatitis, soft tissue sarcoma, an eye cataract, bilious vomiting syndrome, and certainly more that I have forgotten. Despite Rory’s frequent flyer status and the fact that the team has to coordinate with two separate households (two best friends decided to adopt a dog in their twenties and twelve years later it resembles a sitcom), WAH never makes us feel like we’re too much (we are) and always gives us their dedicated time and focus when Rory is in their care. Whether it is Dr. Privette’s surgical precision drastically reducing the chance of tumor recurrence, or Jody coaching us on how to put Rory’s surgery recovery t-shirt on, we always feel held and supported.Thank you to each one of you for your passion for animals and the hard, impactful work you do everyday. We are eternally grateful for you all.
May 13 · Sam LemmerEveryone here is very friendly and knowledgeable! They take great care of my puppy!I just want to edit that I had another GREAT experience today while being very nervous about my pets. I was greeted by Cameron who is so nice, comforting and professional. Then the vet tech Leah was also so sweet and knowledgeable and made me feel heard. I also met Dr. Privette who is also very professional and answered all my questions. You can also tell that the team here all work well together. I know my pets are in good hands here!
May 27 · Lisa LeonardYou guys are so awesome. Quick responses, thorough exams, fair recommendations and costs. Mia loves you and I do too! Well worth the drive from Grand Haven to see Dr. Jansen and Cameron!
