Pet Supermarket Reviews
Valerie is very unprofessional and disrespectful. We called a couple of minutes ago to ask if we had left a bag. Valerie answered the phone and apparently she “checked” and didn’t see it and then said “Probably someone already took it” and started laughing. We told her that we will still pass by to see of we can find it. We arrived and when we checked we found the bag. We honestly didn’t get upset about loosing the bag, we got upset because she started laughing. How are you going to be laughing at something that had us worried? We went and spoke with Jeff and her when we got to the store and she was very unprofessional. During all the conversation she was saying “You guys need to pay attention and be responsible of your things”. Girl, we are not complaining because we lost the bag, we are complaining because she was laughing about the situation. Jeff (assistant manager) didn’t do anything about the situation either, he is very unprofessional as well. When we explained to him that we were only upset because of Valerie’s attitude he didn’t care at all and only said “interesting”. He didn’t even tried to apologize or talk to us. I am a manager myself and that type of attitude is not the one that we should have when working at customer service
May 17, 2025 · Stephanie DThis company and location are quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received from any pet store in my life, and that's coming from a retail manager of 15 years in retail who's also had poor experiences in other stores, but this is by far the worst. Employees and the current store manager just don't seem to care about their Job. The only person who seems to care is the Assistant Manager, Jeff. I started shopping here when they just opened and was one of their very first shoppers. The customer service was bad then and it's bad now. I am not sure who in corporate is hiring these people, but they may also need to get fired or retrained. Jeff’s customer service skills are amazing and is the first time I have received good service since the store opened. I go to Petsmart in Downtown, where even though they also have their short Cummings in service, but still, have had a much better customer service experience overall. This store(Pet Supermarket) would do a lot better if the customer service improved. I mean, it's in a perfect high-end location! Not a place where one would expect poor service. That's my two cents. All the best 🌟.I pray someone in corporate reads this. Thanks. 👍
May 03, 2025 · Kal-El Of The House of ElI am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at the dog wash station. I booked a 12:00 PM appointment well in advance and arrived promptly at 11:58 AM, only to be told that another customer with three dogs (scheduled for 1:00 PM) and another individual were ahead of me. This was despite the online booking system showing open time slots from 9:00 AM to closing when I scheduled. When I inquired how long the wait would be, the shift manager estimated 30 minutes. An hour later, I received a call stating the dog wash station was finally available. I returned, hoping the experience would improve, but it did not. When I arrived the second time, I asked if towels were already at the station, and an attendant assured me they would be brought shortly. After waiting some time and still not receiving towels, I asked another associate, who also promised to bring them. Yet, another hour passed, and no one brought towels for me to dry my dog. I ended up using the hair dryer to dry her off as best as I could, but the noise made her anxious, adding unnecessary stress for both of us.Given the inconvenience and poor service, I expected some acknowledgment or a discount at checkout, but the shift manager said nothing and charged me full price. I was already dealing with a migraine and chose not to say anything at the time to avoid coming off as rude, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.I have used the dog wash station several times in the past without issue, but this was by far the worst customer service I’ve encountered. The lack of organization, communication, and basic courtesy was unacceptable. I expected much better and hope this feedback leads to significant improvements.
Dec 22, 2024 · Shawn WatersThe dog washing station & supplies are basic and get the job done for $15! This is a great price compared to other washes in town & it’s a clean area. The store itself has a great selection & comparable prices to online. They even have some unique items like mini corn for guinea pigs!
Jan 31, 2025 · Alexis SheffieldI keep coming here for the self dog wash service, best add-on ever. Today was remarkable as Marcos (attendant) helped me set up the thing where you was the dogs. Also his colleague (didn’t get her name) gave me a nice and welcoming experience.Beaides this, the array of products they offer is huge and high quality.
