Feb 07, 2025 · viridiana martinezThe employees are helpful and nice. We found Ozzy (American Guinea Pig) and fell in love! Good stock in this store too.
May 03, 2025 · Arthur FeldmanVery nice employees. I was welcomed in and thanked for my business. My expectations were met. Prices are what I thought. It was a great experience.
Jul 06, 2025 · Paula MedinaI had a bad experience with my groomer Carmen. My dog has never lashed out or tried to bite a groomer, but seemed extremely stressed at his appointment. He was thrashing around on the table and desperately trying to get away while she filed his nails. At previous groomers I have heard nothing but great things about his behavior, so I find it very unusual that my dog behaved in such a way.Of course we were charged a biting fee, that I understand. However, we were also charged matting fees knowing good and well that he was not matted as we brush him very frequently. He came home with his nails shorter than I have ever seen them as well as razor burn on his stomach and near his legs. While he did come home clean from his appointment, his haircut did not resemble the pictures we requested.
May 08, 2024 · uwu_botI took my dog Sammy for an appointment at 11:00 am, he was not done until 7:30 pm. After eight long hours he was exhausted.Once I dropped him off she did say that she had a couple dogs before him, and that it'll be 4-6 hours, which I understood and agreed that It was okay, but 8 hours is unacceptable. We enjoyed taking our pup to this location before with minor issues but we will not be coming back.
