I have gone to this Petco several times now and can not speak enough about the wonderful service my puppy, Rambo, and I have had. I want to thank the entire grooming team for their excellent work and for taking such great care of my puppy. Thank you, Angel, for Rambo's current haircut. We couldn't be happier!

Jun 16, 2025 · M LawsonHorrible Customer Service!!! Recieved some extra money and decided to purchase a ferret. Its been a few years since I have purchased one. Last time I purchased 4. 3 from the Shoreline store 1 from the Northgate store. I asked a girl about a ferret ( is that one a Blaze?) and she brushed me off ( I think so) Got a call, put some crickets into plastic bag and left. I stood there and she never came back. While waiting ( 20 minutes or so) I had decided to buy all 3 at $445.00 ea. I went and got cat food and took it to the register, upset she never came back to check on me. I had limited-time. She and another female were ringing people up. A guy walked out from side office to ring me up. Total of 3 people in line including me. Was there only 3 people working? Who works the floor? Was a $2 purchase for crickets more important then a $1500.00 sale? I hope those ferrets get good homes. I did mention it to the guy that rung me up. He said because I still had ferrets... I really didn't need 3 more!! What?? He didn't even offer to take me back to go get them!! Horrible Customer Service!!! I should have got names!!
Apr 29, 2025 · Jeanette GI went into the store to buy female bettas as I have a sorority tank, and I was looking to add a few girls. The person that rang me up had all these questions for me like are they going into different tanks, how big are the tanks, and it kind of felt like a little interrogation. I said I have a 60-gallon planted sorority tank. The person looked at me and said I am sure they will be fine. I replied yeah they will since it all girls. I also said I like to rescue the females' bettas because customers like the males better and the females get overlooked. The employees' response was oh I think they sell about the same as males. Mind you, 90% of the bettas they had to choose from were males, so the math ain't mathing. I won't be coming into this store again, and if employees are gonna quiz customers on fish, they should at least know their stuff.
