- Veterinary Dentistry
we recommend that you have a veterinarian evaluate your pet’s dental health at least once a year. Bacteria and food debris accumulate around the teeth and, if left unchecked, will lead to deterioration of the soft tissue and bone surrounding the teeth.
- Veterinary Dermatology
We can often diagnose a skin problem by simply examining your pet. Some dermatologic conditions do require additional procedures to ensure a correct diagnosis. Depending on your pet’s symptoms and the results of our exam, we may run blood work or perform a urinalysis, skin scraping, or biopsies.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1BEST Veterinary service I have ever received. After being misdiagnosed from a different clinic, my dog had been suffering for weeks with no answers. In a time of desperation, I decided to try Animal Medical Center of Lapeer. Not only did they diagnose and treat my dog in under 24 hours, they kept him overnight and cared for him. Price was amazing as well. I truly can not say Thank You enough to Dr. Dan and his staff.
July 24 · amanda winninghamEveryone here is so wonderful. They really care about all the animals as if they were their own. From getting a new puppy and getting them on track for a healthy life. To those situations that require immediate attention. And finally, the care and dignity they give your pet at the end of their life. A great vet clinic.
June 22 · Kathryn PetersI will no longer be taking my dog here. I can never get in for an appointment. The main doctors are not in when there is a borderline emergency. Not happy. I've been going here for years and have been forced to deal with an unfamiliar vet due to no priority. I will be having another veterinarian obtaining his records. Thanks. The guy working reception should work on his ppl skills. No concern of what is going on or why I needed an appointment.
August 11 · JoshRecently picked up a stray that was in dire need of medical attention. They got me in the next morning! All of the staff is so gentle with her and very loving. I had never been in a situation like this and was lost on what to do and how to help her, they've answered every question I have had. I called many times when she was in overnight and they were always reassuring that she was doing good and getting lots of love. The doctor was so great about coming up with a medical plan for her quickly. They have helped me and this poor girl more than I could've hoped for!!!
