★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Lack of compassion and unprofessional. You came to our farm for our senior pot belly pig and stated that he needed to be put to sleep ...... Then asked if I wanted any pork chops. We were told he would have to be brought to the office for euthanasia and you would call us the next day to set this up. This did not happen. I called. I left messages. I was ignored and left one more message asking for antibiotics and pain medications to give him comfort, and asked to set up an appointment. You both clearly do not have an ounce of empathy left for animals and their owners who love them. My advice to anyone reading this is to keep looking - this is not the veterinarian you want to contact. And my advice to you both is to close it up and retire.
August 21 · Colleen RumballHad such a wonderful experience with All creatures Veternary Service. They responded right away got us in to see our goat who needed medical attention. July 11 · Jenna SmithAbsolute best vet I have ever had! Amazing when my lab needed to be fixed and even more amazing when she got continued ear infections that lead to surgery! Very quick to get my fur babies in when needed! Amazing with my grandmas 14 year old dog too ❤️ I am very pleased with them and their prices too!! Thank you so much for being so good to our family!
March 17 · shena GoodellDoctor was telling us what dog to get next, advising us not to get a Jack Russel and listing off what good dogs to get for “next dog” (infront of him) while my 16 year old Jack Russel was actively dying from the shot he just gave him. He needs to watch what he says.
June 17 · Eilish RooneyI had called to get an opinion on if my lamb needed stitches and what to do about the wound. When I got a call back the vet assistant and office manager had such a tone when talking to me. Talk about first impression. Especially when talking to a potential client, I didn’t feel like a customer and like others have a said “a problem”. Again with the no compassion towards people and their animal. Then over text , first message was no greeting, and very unprofessional and again not a good impression with the messages. Very upsetting to say the least.
