Seascape Aquatics Reviews
Great selection, healthy fish, reasonable prices, clean and friendly! Highly recommend. Before you get put off by all the reviews about "poor customer service", please consider doing your research before choosing to bring home a fish- they are living creatures and you should be more than ready to welcome them home to a safe environment. The owners are not responsible for teaching you how to be a responsible pet owner.
May 21, 2025 · Jessica MontviloWe have all known for over a decade that the customer service in this place is....grouchy. This is one of those stores that you only go to because you have to when looking for something specific. But crapping on an 8-year-old with attitude for asking questions takes the cake. I think it's time for you to give it up and retire. You're ruining the hobby for people that meet you for the first time.
Jun 30, 2025 · M BDecent fish, I understand they’re having issues with the shipping companies. Ive been keeping fish for a while but still ask some questions to hear people’s opinions. I don’t expect the world but for somebody who’s trying to sell these fish could you be a little more approachable? Jim, I’ve come to your store multiple times, braving rain and snow, and every time I have left with either fish or food in hand. I can’t chop your attitude up to a bad day. This shop would have so much more potential with just a more welcoming energy.
Jan 27, 2025 · Dylan BurrisThey are always so helpful, and I love that it’s a family business. I bought several great fish from them but my favorite is the beautiful large purple tang I got several months back along with a large rabbitfish. All the fish are doing great! Great place to get healthy fish and supplies. Thank you.
Jul 10, 2024 · Paul BurdickStore is okay. Mainly Clean, has a decent fish and invert selection. Husband and wife team. Husband is a lot more socialable and friendly. The woman not so much. She is kinda anti social and not very good with customers but is tolerable. They never pick up the phone. Overall the store is fine to visit and buy from but could definitely use some improvement on the customer service side.
