★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Excellent service ~ Friendly staff ~ Reasonable rates. January 09 · Tammy
- I had a very disappointing experience at Alamo Vet Clinic. The front desk staff never acknowledged me, and the technician seemed inexperienced. I was there to meet someone for a health certificate, and the vet’s examination was minimal—just checking for testicles. When I voiced concerns about the puppy’s tail, the vet brushed it off, saying, “Oh, that’s just his skin.” As a longtime puppy foster, I expected more thorough care.To make matters worse, the employees were rude, and one even made an unprofessional comment about my profession. Since then, I’ve heard multiple accounts of mishandled pets and poor customer service. While this clinic may be affordable, you truly get what you pay for. I would not recommend Alamo Vet Clinic.
