★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- It’s been a month or so since I brought my dog in, but I just wanted to say how great this place is! I shared my concerns (I’m an over protective dog mom for sure haha, but they didn’t make me feel bad for that) and ran tests based off of my concerns. They kept her over night and although everything turned out fine I appreciated their care and precaution. They were very up front with prices which is great and also let me call several times throughout the night to check on her (even at 2 AM, haha) and were very reassuring each time I called. A great place! March 23 · Kinlee Finton
- I had to bring my 14 Year old baby boy in Sunday night I knew it was probably going to be the last time I was able to see him. They treated him and us the most kind hearts and were so caring I can't say enough good things about them. They let us spend time with him before and after they are the very best. Thank you for treating my Dezel and us as well the such love and kindness July 30 · Amy King
- This is an amazing place. We had two small couple week old puppies Mr. Bear who had a tick we couldn’t fill get out. When I took him in they were able to get the ticks head out without causing him more stress. Then a day late we took or smallest Stormie in bc we thought she may have so GI issues. Both times they helped us and let us know we are doing what needs to be done. The staff is great even helped with what milk replacer I could try and goat milk was the winner. Thank you for all your help and your caring about our babies. Will definitely use them anytime any of our babies need help. They even give follow up calls to check on them. June 23 · Carrie Yeager
- Let me tell you about these AMAZING people. I found a kitten that had its back leg completely off. It was just a bone connected to the tendon. He was covered in fleas and maggots. The extraordinary ladies didn’t mention putting him down ONE time. The doctor devised a plan and was optimistic and honest about everything. They all answered my questions and were super helpful. When you have a hurt baby, tempers run high and can get the best of everyone. But they were great. I can’t speak highly enough of these fantastic ladies! Regarding prices they are no different than what my veterinarian would have charged. Little man had surgery last night and is home resting. ❤️ June 23 · Rebecca Lamb
- I was initially told my cat would get a shot of antibiotics and pain medicine and we would get to go home. Then I was told they needed to keep her overnight for 24 hour observation by the vet tech with black hair and red in it. I paid up front and even clarified what she said because I didn’t think they were open during the daytime, and she said, “Oh no, we’re open 24 hours/day on weekends. She specifically said, I could not pick up my cat until 9pm. I told my husband and he asked, “Why so late?” I said it was because they said she had to be monitored for 24 hours. So I went home. I called and checked on her around 10:30 pm and everything was good. I woke up to two voicemails saying I was supposed to be there at 6am to pick up my cat, and that I was late (as if I was a bad cat mom). Then they proceeded to charge me a boarding fee because I wasn’t there when I was supposed to be. I tried to tell the dayshift people what the girl told me the night before. They argued with me saying that’s not what was in the notes. Well I don’t even know who wrote those notes. The vet came in and left and I dealt with the vet tech. The vet tech caused an abrasion on my cat from the temperature probe being shoved in twice. I didn’t say anything because I just wanted my cat to get treated. She came in three different times, first to say they were going to give her the shots and send us home, then she needed to stay for 24 hours, and then to ask if I wanted CPR on my cat if she took a turn for the worse. I didn’t make up the 24 hours obs. Why would I lie about it? I don’t care about the boarding fee, it’s not even about that. I would have been there at 6am if I had been told to be there at that time. The person at the desk on the night shift was GREAT, her name was Olivia. The rest of them need a lesson in compassion and manners. Overall the experience was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them after my experience. They are rude, unprofessional, and if you try to explain anything, they become argumentative. As if I was just not wanting to pick my cat up. I wouldn’t have drove to a pet hospital one hour away if I didn’t love my cat! I can tell you that. It makes me wonder, if they were mean to me, how they treated my cat. July 26 · Leigh Ann Barnett
