★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- The first time i took my dogs here was thru a spay/neuter program. My dogs are not very social and very reactive to people/animals they don't know but this office handled my boys AMAZINGLY. They listened to me when i explained their temperament and how best to handle them before they were sedated. The last vet office i took one of my dogs to (ONCE) told me I needed to euthanize him because he was going to hurt someone (never has and he's 5yo). Anyways, my boy had an injured paw and this was my first call. I trust every person at this facility. They are so nice, calm, patient, caring and so worth the hour drive to take my animals. There are SEVERAL vets closer but this one earned my trust with my fur babies. Definitely recommend 💯. Thank you all, you are very appreciated. - My friend and I brought our kitten to the vet to get both his booster shots AND get checked out for some upper respiratory symptoms that he was having. They had put his appointment down, however, as JUST the vaccines and refused to have him looked at and gave the boosters while he was obviously very sickly. The FelLV vaccine also shot OUT of our kitten after being injected and we don't know how much of that one he actually got. Went to another vet to get his symptoms ACTUALLY looked at/get a second opinion on the boosters and it was confirmed that he will have to have his FelLV booster again because he's so sickly that the vaccine will not work with his compromised immune system. We will be contacting to get a refund because in no way should a sick kitten be given vaccines! I feel like this is common knowledge for any vet and experienced pet owner, like you wouldn't get the flu shot if you were already sick when getting it! I'm presenting a picture of the sickly boy to show that he was VISIBLY sick. August 07 · Gabi Muncy
- They didn't give my dogs collars after surgery nor did they get the rabies vac that was supposed to be included. The lady at the desk was hateful and had a bad attitude. I got charged a $11 fee for using my Venmo card. There is no AC where my dogs recovered from surgery so they were hot and dehydrated when we picked them up. I also paid extra to get their nails done and that was not done well. Their nails are rough and some of them are still very long. August 08 · Shelly Breeden-Conner
- We had been taking our dog here for several years, but they have gone downhill drastically since a shift in employees took place. Their vet is apparently not in the office. During our last visit, the tech was really aggressive with our dog while holding him for his vaccinations. Didn't greet him or try to coax him or ease his discomfort. After that visit, he started acting strange, and we took him to another clinic who said his back had been injured while being held down for his shots. When I went back to this clinic, the tech was working and ignored me when I walked in. Then when I explained what happened, her response was, "Oh." No apologies. No sense of worry. Her behavior towards animals (and people) is AWFUL. I would stay far away. July 02 · Jessica Claybrook
- They helped me get my little stray injured cat all healed up for a very reasonable price (small impromptu surgery & all). They also helped by getting a voucher for neutering him while he was already under anesthesia, which saved me some $$$ & helps make sure the stray population doesn't continue to grow wildly. Will be back with my fur babies as well! April 09 · Missy Garner
