- I'm very grateful to have a veterinarian nearby that can see my rabbit. Also very fair prices. However there is a lack of communication between staff that resulted in me receiving varying instructions from staff on how to handle my bunny. Was initially told to fast my rabbit before surgery, which can have serious consequences if I had followed through. Thankfully I found it suspicious and clarified with others up there that fasting is not recommended. Unfortunately other people who might not have known any better wouldn't think to ask otherwise. - Love Dr. Jill, but one of the women at the front desk with long white hair, bangs and glasses rang me up under someone else’s account.. when I called and said “I had just left from bringing my dog-“ didn’t get to finish my sentence before she rudely said “oh yeah and you forgot to pay.” No ma’am, YOU didn’t bother to confirm it was the right person and YOU charged ME for someone else’s dog 😭😭Anyways, I would work on confirming the patient before just ringing someone up, but that’s just me 🤷🏻♀️ April 16 · Briana Taylor
- Very rude lady at front desk smells like literal piss the urine smell is god awful very dirty also they won’t see any animals without a rabies shot which is pointless my dog lives inside and has a fenced in property makes no sense why they force owners to get a rabies shot for 40$ oh yeah and it smells like urine so badly I couldn’t hardly breath inside. Over all just awful in my opinion. June 27 · Caleb Simmons
- Everyone here truly cares about your pet and you. Prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is awesome! Especially Kim at the front desk! April 04 · Michelle Barney
